維護人員須配合工地現(xiàn)場條件完成所有的維護服務工作。使用的主要導體和槽絕緣必須不吸潮且符合BS 2757的B類材
料的規(guī)定。
如果任何本合同提供的電機安裝在戶外,電機必須不受氣候影響。如有必要,采用獲準的天棚設計,防止因陽光照射
導致的電機過熱。
電機應能在每秒48至51轉之間的額定輸出頻率及標準電壓值10%的幅動范圍內(nèi),連續(xù)不停地工作。在低于標準電壓25%
時,電機的連續(xù)工作時間不少于5分鐘,且沒有危害性的過熱現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。如果工程師要求,承包商必須證明電動機符合
該項要求。
每臺電機必須配備可調(diào)節(jié)過熱電流和短路保護裝置對電機進行保護。
全壓啟動電流不超過滿載電流的6倍。
馬達承軸應為轉動型,鋼珠或者滾柱的外殼不可與轉動部件發(fā)生接觸。垂直軸電機允許使用推力軸承。
電機繞組的終端必須從接線盒引出,這樣的安排比較容易改變?nèi)魏味嗍揭龑А?br />
所有的終端都將裝密封容器中,導管入口和轉接板,如有要求,所采用的裝置應與同類型的電纜搭配使用。
5.3. 啟動裝置和接觸器
在本合同范圍提供的啟動裝置,根據(jù)需要,每臺電動機裝有2 到3 根控制桿用具,除非另作說明,使用直流電啟動。
接觸器安裝在通風的金屬開關柜上。如在同一金屬開關柜中包含兩個或多個接觸器,必須使用屏障將其隔開。開關柜
必須配備完善的鎖定裝置,電纜密封板及附件。所有二次回路都必須如是安排,并采取保護措施以至防止電弧損壞。
啟動裝置必須屬于電力內(nèi)置型,在外部門上裝備有“啟動”和“停止”按鈕,同時裝備有連鎖切斷開關。如有需要,在遠
程儀表板的輔助開關上安裝必須“紅”和“綠”指示燈。所有連接與兩相間的直流接觸器線圈應能在400 V電壓下正常工作
。
所有電動機接觸器及相關儀器在正常的頻率下,運行時間不少于5分鐘時,都不應產(chǎn)生過熱現(xiàn)象。

配電板,斷路器和保險絲
400 V 配電板
400 V 成套開關設備采用配電板方式,符合IEC 60439規(guī)定。 配電板對“變電站維護”的供應采用單個匯流排,采用空氣
斷路器的多個配電裝置間隔或者多箱工廠組裝型式,連接空氣斷路器,手工操作的微型斷路器裝置和隔離開關裝置,
在變電站房屋內(nèi),安裝400 V,三相,4 線路,50Hz赫茲系統(tǒng),[配備有不帶電的牢固地接。
1) 額定功率
全部配電板接入供應必須對電路斷路器進行保護。
全部配電板必須適合電路斷路器預期的額定功率容量,在415 V時不少于40 kA。
2) 溫度的升高
配電板能承受連續(xù)電流,而不超過在IEC 標準里給定的最高溫度。
3) 匯流排
配電板包括三相匯流排和一個銅高導材料不帶電的匯流排,承受全部正常和錯誤狀態(tài)的應激。
不帶電匯流排的額定功率不低于相關相性的匯流排。主要線路設備3相匯流排的額定功率不低于400 A,3相饋線電路設
備的額定功率不低于100 A。
4) 施工
每個配電板在水平方向安裝有鋼結構匯流排箱,安裝高度必須方便開關操作。配電板的類型,必須在熱帶氣候區(qū)容易
擴展并且方便使用。每條電路清楚貼上標簽顯示這條線路的目的地, 清楚標明“開”和“關”的位置。

Each motor shall be equipped with adjustable current and short circuit protection device of motor overheating protection.
Total pressure starting current is not more than 6 times the full load current.
Motor bearings shall be the rotation type, ball or roller shell do not contact with moving parts. Allow use of the vertical axis motor thrust bearing.
Motor winding terminal shall be from the junction box, this arrangement is easier to change any two-phase type guide.
All terminals will be packed in the sealed container, duct inlet and adapter plate, if you have any requirement, adopted by the device should match with the same type of cable used.
5.3. Start device
