裝船作業(yè)計(jì)劃-中英對照

編制裝、卸船作業(yè)計(jì)劃前,應(yīng)確認(rèn)由船方或代理提供的配、積載圖及裝、卸艙順序。需調(diào)整時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)與船方或代理協(xié)商。

裝船作業(yè)前,作業(yè)單元應(yīng)確認(rèn)船艙無雜物。如艙內(nèi)有影響裝載貨物質(zhì)量的雜物時(shí),作業(yè)單元可責(zé)令船方清除干凈,并將信息反饋運(yùn)輸管理室;或告知由運(yùn)輸管理室出面協(xié)調(diào)解決。

2.2.2.1對承運(yùn)有防潮要求貨物的貨船,現(xiàn)場作業(yè)人員應(yīng)對船艙適裝情況、是否備有足夠雨布、作業(yè)完畢后艙蓋雨布苫蓋情況實(shí)施確認(rèn)。對未配備雨布或雨布數(shù)量不足的、艙蓋為非整體設(shè)計(jì)密封性較差的、艙內(nèi)有積水現(xiàn)象的船舶,現(xiàn)場作業(yè)人員有權(quán)要求船方落實(shí)整改或提出拒裝。

2.2.2.2現(xiàn)場作業(yè)人員應(yīng)對雨、雪天裝船作業(yè)實(shí)施監(jiān)督并督促船方在裝船的同時(shí),根據(jù)作業(yè)進(jìn)度加蓋雨布。

2.2.3貨物裝、卸船作業(yè)應(yīng)在船方或代理的指導(dǎo)下,按配、積載圖及裝、卸順序進(jìn)行。貨物裝、卸船作業(yè)過程中,如需調(diào)整作業(yè)計(jì)劃,應(yīng)及時(shí)與運(yùn)輸管理室聯(lián)系,在與船方協(xié)調(diào)并征得船方確認(rèn)后,方可變更。變更作業(yè)計(jì)劃的,應(yīng)做好相關(guān)記錄。貨物裝、卸船要分清原殘、工殘,并按雙邊交接的有關(guān)規(guī)定,做好交接和記錄。

2.2.4裝船作業(yè)要按票裝貨,堆碼緊密,隔票清楚,綁扎牢固,防止貨物滾動(dòng)、位移。

2.2.5卸船作業(yè)按順序分段逐層、均衡卸載。

2.3裝卸車作業(yè)特性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

2.3.1裝車前應(yīng)檢查、確認(rèn)車體狀況符合裝載技術(shù)要求,對不良車體不得裝車。

2.3.2裝車不倒關(guān)、不超限、不超載、不虧載、不偏重、不集重。

2.3.2.1鐵路貨物裝車按鐵道部批準(zhǔn)、發(fā)布的裝載定型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行,裝車過程中,鐵路貨運(yùn)員應(yīng)現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督裝車過程,裝車作業(yè)結(jié)束后,鐵路貨運(yùn)員應(yīng)配合鐵路部門工作人員確認(rèn)裝車狀態(tài)符合鐵路運(yùn)輸規(guī)定、要求。

2.3.2.2承運(yùn)產(chǎn)成品的汽車司機(jī)在裝卸現(xiàn)場的,應(yīng)監(jiān)督裝卸過程。

2.2.3. The loading and unloading operation shall be performed under the instruction of shipment party or agent according to the stowage plan, cargo plan and loading and unloading order. During the loading and unload shipment operation, if adjustment against the operation procedure need to arrange, it is necessary to contact the transportation management office. Adjustment may be implemented after the approval of shipment party through the coordination. Relevant record is required for alteration of operation procedure. 2.3.3. Loading cargo shall be piled up according to characteristic its want. Cargo need to be covered shall be covered tightly and tie up firmly.

2.4. Cargo damage, short landing or equipments and facilities damage of relevant party during the course of handling operation shall be settled according to the term 5 of this regulation.
