旋鎖必須:
在首次運(yùn)行5000小時(shí)或運(yùn)行兩年后,應(yīng)對(duì)旋鎖進(jìn)行一次檢查,以先發(fā)生的時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。
然后每年必須對(duì)旋鎖進(jìn)行一次檢查。
06.1.9.1.  拆卸和裝配
1.  拆下指示器和蓋(1)。 應(yīng)注意指示器的方向,以便重新裝配。
2.  連同彈簧一起,拆下定位銷(xiāo)(9)。
3.  拆下開(kāi)口銷(xiāo),槽形螺母和墊圈(2)。
4、 通過(guò)拆下螺絲(3)上的開(kāi)口銷(xiāo),松開(kāi)轉(zhuǎn)臂(4)。
5、 拔出轉(zhuǎn)臂(4),拆下鍵(5)。在重新裝配時(shí),一定要把這些鍵放回原位。
6、 拔下旋鎖(6)取出。
7、 和 8、 檢查轉(zhuǎn)臂(4)和軸承外殼(8)的狀況。
9、 檢查定位銷(xiāo)的狀況。如果銷(xiāo)端變大、研磨或調(diào)頭使其恢復(fù)正常直徑邊緣。同時(shí)檢查彈簧的狀況。
在裝配這些部件時(shí),應(yīng)確保此類(lèi)部件能正常工作(例如,感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)不能在機(jī)械鎖定打開(kāi)之前激活)。

06.1.10. 檢查旋鎖,調(diào)整螺桿

應(yīng)采用液體滲透法檢測(cè)或磁粉探傷法檢測(cè)。檢測(cè)區(qū)域如下圖所示。

注釋 1: 如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂紋,則應(yīng)立即更換旋鎖或調(diào)整螺桿。

注釋 2: 如果旋鎖和調(diào)整螺桿存在可見(jiàn)的變形,則必須更換該旋鎖和調(diào)整螺桿。

注釋 3: 旋鎖和調(diào)整螺桿必須在操作 20000 小時(shí)前(最遲為 20000 小時(shí))進(jìn)行更換。

The twist--locks must be checked:
First time 5000 operating hours or 2 years whichever occurs first.
Then after the twist--locks must be checked once a year.
06.1.9.1.
Disassembly and assembly
1.
Remove the pointer and the cover (1). Notice direction of the pointer for reassemble.
2.
Remove the contact pin with its spring. (9)
3.
Remove the cotter pin, the castle nut and the washer (2).
4.
Release the pivoted lever (4) by removing the pin with screws (3).
5.
Pullupthepivotedlever(4)andremovethekeys(5).Makesuretoputthekeysbackto
their place when reassembling.
6.
Pull the twist--lock (6) down and out.
7.and 8 Check condition of the pivoted lever (4) and bearing housing (8).
9.
Checktheconditionofthecontactpin.Iftheendofthepinhasspread,grindorturnthe
end to the correct diameter. Check the spring as well.
When assembling these pieces ensure that they work properly. I.e. the inductive switch must
not activate before the mechanical locking of the plate is open.

Liquid penetrant examination or magnetic particle examination shall be used. The area of
testing is shown in figure below.
