00.3. 對(duì)于初次從事保養(yǎng)工作的指導(dǎo)說(shuō)明
保養(yǎng)和修理人員必須熟悉設(shè)備的操作、工作原理以及設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)功能。保養(yǎng)部分主要是介紹正確和安全地進(jìn)行設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)和修理工作。在進(jìn)行該工作之前，仔細(xì)地研究本指南的說(shuō)明是重要的。
00.3.1. 總體說(shuō)明
對(duì)于設(shè)備的試車(chē)和首次定期保養(yǎng)應(yīng)被特別的關(guān)注。制造廠(chǎng)家已經(jīng)為起重機(jī)專(zhuān)門(mén)編寫(xiě)了一個(gè)定期保養(yǎng)時(shí)間表。制造廠(chǎng)家著重講述了制定一個(gè)保證設(shè)備處于適當(dāng)安全水平的保養(yǎng)程序。用于正確保養(yǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)是采集自廣泛調(diào)查研究的結(jié)果。除此之外，從不同操作條件下得到的反饋信息已經(jīng)過(guò)我們仔細(xì)地分析。
認(rèn)真地執(zhí)行制造廠(chǎng)家指定的保養(yǎng)時(shí)間表，對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行周期性和有效的保養(yǎng)。制造廠(chǎng)家設(shè)有高水平保養(yǎng)的有償培訓(xùn)，如果在用戶(hù)需要，稱(chēng)職和有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的培訓(xùn)人員可以隨時(shí)安排培訓(xùn)課程。
00.3.2. 保養(yǎng)和修理的人員
只允許受過(guò)適當(dāng)培訓(xùn)的員工才可以從事本起重機(jī)的修理和保養(yǎng)工作。為保養(yǎng)和修理工作選擇合適的人員應(yīng)是雇主的責(zé)任。考慮到工作安全，雇主有責(zé)任對(duì)從事本起重機(jī)的修理和保養(yǎng)的人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，使之勝任工作。
決不要將更換下的油、油脂和其它液體倒在地上或者倒入下水道！我們應(yīng)承擔(dān)起環(huán)境保護(hù)的責(zé)任。只允許受過(guò)培訓(xùn)的員工才可以從事本起重機(jī)的修理和保養(yǎng)工作。
保養(yǎng)人員是指進(jìn)行定期保養(yǎng)和可能修理該設(shè)備的人。必須保證該人員的工作素質(zhì)，如定期地對(duì)其進(jìn)行多次培訓(xùn)。雇主有責(zé)任保證保養(yǎng)和修理人員的在崗素質(zhì)。該設(shè)備不能由失去技能的人員進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)和修理。如果必要，雇主要對(duì)從事該設(shè)備保養(yǎng)和修理的人員進(jìn)行再培訓(xùn)。
00.3.3. 保養(yǎng)時(shí)設(shè)備的準(zhǔn)備
在進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)和修理工作之前要事先做好計(jì)劃。講明保養(yǎng)工作的范圍。通過(guò)閱讀保養(yǎng)和修理指南，為保養(yǎng)和修理工作做好準(zhǔn)備。自己要準(zhǔn)備好維修工作所需的工具和材料。確認(rèn)將要使用的工具是否正確以及處于良好的狀態(tài)。確認(rèn)那些用于指示可能產(chǎn)生危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)的標(biāo)識(shí)牌是否已經(jīng)就位。

00.3.4. 工具
在保養(yǎng)和修理工作中只能使用合適的工具。
00.3.5. 保養(yǎng)報(bào)告
在進(jìn)行維修工作當(dāng)中，按照由制造廠(chǎng)家編寫(xiě)的維修時(shí)間表系統(tǒng)地報(bào)告該項(xiàng)工作。注明損壞情況和修理措施。制造廠(chǎng)家編寫(xiě)的維修時(shí)間見(jiàn)在本章節(jié)中“首次維修和定期維修”部分。
在每次維修后，要在報(bào)告中定義和記錄該設(shè)備安全狀態(tài)。如果按照你的估計(jì)，該設(shè)備與設(shè)計(jì)的安全狀態(tài)不相符合，向負(fù)責(zé)安全的上級(jí)進(jìn)行匯報(bào)。在每次維修后，填寫(xiě)維修報(bào)告。
在進(jìn)行維修工作中，通知你的上級(jí)或者負(fù)責(zé)已有問(wèn)題修理的人員。在故障和損壞被修好之前，該設(shè)備不得運(yùn)行。
檢查你的報(bào)告記錄是否完整。對(duì)于修理項(xiàng)目要分別記錄，準(zhǔn)確地注明修理的措施。除此之外，應(yīng)嘗試著找出該項(xiàng)損壞的原因。
00.3.5.1. 危險(xiǎn)情況報(bào)告
在維修工作中或者在維修以后，都要以書(shū)面的形式，向你的上級(jí)或者負(fù)責(zé)安全的人員匯報(bào)觀(guān)察到的危險(xiǎn)情況。
報(bào)告中的記錄要仔細(xì)填寫(xiě)。該報(bào)告在必要時(shí)要具有可分析性是十分重要的。
00.3. Instructions for initiating into maintenance work
The service and repairpersonnelmust be clearabout themachine operation,the workingprin-
ciples, and the designed functions of the machine systems. The service section is meant as
anintroductiontoenablecorrectandsafeserviceandrepairwork.Therefore itisimportantthat
the instructions in the manual are studied carefully prior to work.
00.3.1. General instructions
To the commissioning of a newmachine and the first scheduled servicesshould be paid a spe-
cial attention. The manufacturer has drawn up a special service schedule particularly for this
machine.Themanufacturerhascontributedsignificantlytodevelopaserviceprogramtomain-
tain the propersafetylevelof the machine. Data forcorrect maintenance measures have been
collected as result of an extensive research work. In addition to this, feedback from different
operating conditions has been considererd very carefully.
Bycarefulfollowing of the maintenance schedule specified bythe manufacturer,a rationaland
economicmaintenanceofthemachineisenabled.Themanufacturerhasinvestedin theprofit-
abletrainingmaintenancesofahighlevelperformance.Qualifiedandexperiencedtrainersare
always available, if problems arise at the client.
00.3.2. Maintenance and repair personnel
The machine may be serviced and repaired by qualified and trained personnel only. The em-
ployer is responsible for selecting of the person suited to the service and repair duties. The
employer is responsible for training of the service and repair personnel into the proper work-
manship considering the safety at work.
Never pour oils, greases and liquids changed during the maintenance
down the drain or in to the earth! Bear the responsibility for the environ-
ment! Only a trained personnel is allowed to maintain the machine.
The service person refers to a person, who performs the scheduled services and eventual re-
pairsatthemachine.Theservicepersonmustattendtomaintainhisqualifications,e.g.byperi-
odically repeated training. The employer is responsible for maintaining of the qualifications of
the service and repair personnel. The machine must not be serviced or repaired by personnel
who has lost skills. If necessary, the employer must retrain the person selected for the service
and repair work at the machine.
00.3.3. Preparing of the machine for maintenance
The service and repair work should be performed in the premises intended for this use. State
the extent of the service work. Prepare yourself for the service or repair work by reading the
service and repair manuals. Prepare yourself for the work by tools and materials needed. See

to it that the tools to be used are proper and in good condition. See to it that the warning signs
for eventual hazardous situations have been placed in position.
Prior to the service work: Check the reparations made in the operation of the machine since
the last service. Check the previous service report. Try to find out the expected safety level on
the basis of the information collected; which points shall be particularly considered at the next
service.

00.3.4. Tools
Use only proper tools at the service and repair work.
00.3.5. Maintenance reports
When performing the service, report the work systematically in accordance with the service
schedule drawn up by the manufacturer. Note carefully damages observed and repair mea-
sures.Theservicescheduledrawnupbythemanufacturerispresentedinsection’Firstservice
and scheduled service’ of this main group.
Define and record the safety level of the machine in the service report after every service. If,
byyourestimation, the machine doesn’t correspond to the designed safety level, inform of this
your superior responsible for the safety. After every service, file the service reports.
Informyoursuperiorortheperson responsibleforrepairsof faultsobserved atthe service.The
machine must not be operated until the faults and damages have been repaired.
Seetoitthatyourservicereportsareperfectlyrecorded.Recordtheobjectstobe repairedindi-
vidually,andnotetherepairmeasuresprecisely.Inadditiontothis,trytofindout,whytheobject
has been damaged.
00.3.5.1. Reporting of dangers
Alwaysinformin writingyoursuperiorortheperson responsibleforsafetyof dangersobserved
in the service environment or in machines serviced.
The reports recorded must be filed carefully. It is essential that the reports are available to be
analyzed if necessary
