11.7.1. 小車運(yùn)行操作
小車控制器位于操作員座椅的左側(cè)。
位于座椅下面的“聯(lián)鎖”開關(guān)聯(lián)鎖小車駕駛功能。在就座之前,無法駕駛。
將手柄向前推,則小車向前行走。將手柄向后拉,則小車相應(yīng)地后退。
小車行走速度為無級(jí)控制。
在您準(zhǔn)備推拉控制器之前,確保吊具有向前與向后移動(dòng)的自由空間,且吊具沒有系松緊繩。
11.7.1.1. 限制
小車行走受位于小車活動(dòng)范圍的終端的硬接線的超行程開關(guān)的限制。在智能減速程序失靈時(shí),這些開關(guān)可確保小車的安全停止。正常的小車行走由智能減速系統(tǒng)操縱,請(qǐng)參見后續(xù)頁面上的說明。

硬件限制
1. 超行程(柴油機(jī)側(cè))
a. 立即停止小車動(dòng)作。
b. 向系統(tǒng)顯示屏發(fā)出“故障22”信息。
c. 在未打開“起升裝置/小車限制旁路控制”主開關(guān)(位于小車電氣箱內(nèi)部與司機(jī)室內(nèi)的旁路開關(guān),開關(guān)面板、保護(hù)旁路/開關(guān))前,無法使用行走動(dòng)作。
一旦發(fā)生超行程行走,在再次使用小車之前,必須對(duì)小車機(jī)械進(jìn)行檢查。
2. 減速檢查(柴油機(jī)側(cè))
a. 速度檢查點(diǎn),如果速度高于主可編程序控制器(PLC)程序中的調(diào)整限值,小車駕駛將實(shí)施“快速停車”。(快速停車 = 緊急停車)
b. 向系統(tǒng)顯示屏發(fā)出“故障48”信息。
3. 同步檢查點(diǎn)。為主可編程序控制器(PLC)的位置檢查輸入?yún)?shù)。
4. 減速檢查(柴油機(jī)對(duì)側(cè))
a. 速度檢查點(diǎn)。

11.7.3. Operating trolley
Trolley controller is located on left of the operator’s seet .
Trolley drive is permitted by ”INTERLOCK” switch, which is located under the seat. Driving is
not possible before sitting down.
By pushing the controller forwards, trolley will travel forwards, and by pulling the controller
backwards, Trolley will travel accordingly backwards.
Trolley travelling speeds are steplessly controlled.

BEFORE YOU TRY TO MOVE TROLLEY CONTROLLER, BE SURE THAT
THE SPREADER HAS FREE SPACE TO GO FORWARD AND BACKWARD
AND SPREADER IS HANGING WITHOUT SLACK ROPES.
11.7.3.1. Limitation
Trolley travel is limited with hardwired overtravel switches, which are positioned at the end of
trolley travelling scale. These switches ensure safe stopping of trolley in case of smart slow-
down malfunction. Normal trolley travelling is guided by smart slowdown system, see descrip-
tion later on.

Hardware limits
1. Over travel DS (Diesel Side)
a. Stops Trolley motion immediately.
b. Gives message FAULT 22 message to system display.
c. Travelling motion is not possible to use without turning ”HOIST / TROL-
LEY LIMIT BYPASS CONTROL”key switch. ( Located at inside of Trolley
Cubicle and by--pass switch in the cabin, switch panel, PREVENT BY-
PASS/SWITCH)
IN CASE OF OVER TRAVEL, TROLLEY MACHINERY HAS TO BE CHECKED
BEFORE USING TROLLEY AGAIN.
2. Slowdown check DS
a. Checkpointforspeed,ifspeedishigherthatadjustedlimitintheMainPLC
program, Trolley drive will perform ‘FAST STOP’. (FAST STOP = EMER-
GENCY STOP)
b. Gives FAULT 48 message to system display.
3 Synchronization check point. Input for Main PLC program for position check.
4. ‘Slowdown check DOS
a. Check point for speed.
b. IfspeedishigherthatadjustedlimitintheMainPLCprogram, Trolleydrive
will perform ‘FAST STOP’. (FAST STOP = EMERGENCY STOP)
c. Gives FAULT 48 message to system display.
5. Over travel DOS (Diesel Opposite Side)
a. Stops Trolley motion immediately.
b. Gives message FAULT 21 message to system display.
