11.6.3.1. 操作

電話聽筒的使用

廣播模式
在廣播/群講系統(tǒng)上廣播，可將電話聽筒拿離電話架，下按電話聽筒上的壓桿，直接對(duì)著電話聽筒的麥克風(fēng)講話。聲音將會(huì)從與系統(tǒng)廣播線相連的廣播/群講站的揚(yáng)聲器中廣播。

群講模式
當(dāng)某位廣播/群講系統(tǒng)使用者發(fā)布信息，需建立群講通信時(shí)，可電話聽筒拿離電話架，做兩向（完全雙向）通話。這可以在任何廣播/群講站的同一群講線上的任何人之間實(shí)現(xiàn)。

彎脖式麥克風(fēng)的使用
彎脖式（與“電話聽筒”對(duì)比）麥克風(fēng)可使操作員不用手操作而發(fā)布廣播。彎脖式麥克風(fēng)只用于廣播，用電話聽筒來進(jìn)行群講對(duì)話。只有按下通信開關(guān)（左控制手柄按鈕）時(shí)，才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)通話。

11.7. 使用與駕駛指南

不正確的使用

起重機(jī)只能用于其設(shè)計(jì)用途。如無制造商的書面許可，起重機(jī)不可用于其他用途。

熟悉操作指南

除非您已完全熟悉操作指南，否則請(qǐng)勿使用起重機(jī)。未經(jīng)充分培訓(xùn)而使用起重機(jī)為不正確的使用，且可能對(duì)操作員與任何在起重機(jī)附近工作的人員的安全構(gòu)成威脅。

受損的起重機(jī)

如果起重機(jī)被損壞，則不得再使用。一臺(tái)受損的起重機(jī)的安全系統(tǒng)可能也會(huì)失靈，這在運(yùn)行中可能導(dǎo)致發(fā)生完全出乎意料的危險(xiǎn)情況。如起重機(jī)有任何損壞，必須立即向您的主管或負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)器保養(yǎng)與檢修的人員報(bào)告。

搬運(yùn)集裝箱

不得用吊具推或拉集裝箱來搬移。推拉會(huì)對(duì)吊具的端部造成損壞。而且也可能使軸桿的鎖銷受損。

系統(tǒng)改造

不得對(duì)起重機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)與系統(tǒng)做任何改造。改造可能改變起重機(jī)經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)的運(yùn)行模式，引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的事故。

11.6.5.1. Operation
Handset Use
Page Mode
To generate a page on the Page/Party system, lift the handset from the cradle, depress the
pressbar on the handset, and speak directly into the handset microphone. The page will be
broadcast from Page/Party station speakers connected to the system page line.
Party Mode
To establish party line communication when paged by a Page/Party system user, lift the
handset fromthe cradle fortwo--way(fullduplex)communication. Thiscan takeplace withany
person on the same party line at any Page/Party station.
Gooseneck Microphone Use
Gooseneck (vs. handset) microphone allows the operator generate handsfree pages.
Gooseneckmicrophoneisforpageuseonly,usehandsetforpartylineconversation.Operation
is available only when the tangent switch (left controller push button) is depressed.

11.7. Using and driving instructions
Improper use
The crane is only allowed to be used for the purpose it is designed for. The crane may not be
used for any other purposes without the manufacturer’s written permission.
Acquaintance with operating instructions
You should not use the crane unless you have fully acquainted yourself with the operating in-
structions. Using the crane without adequate training is improper use, and may risk the safety
of the operator and any persons working near the crane.
Damaged crane
The crane may not be used if it is damaged. The safetysystems of a damaged crane mayalso
be out of order, and this may lead to totally unexpected hazard situations in operation. Any
damage on the crane must be reported without delay to your superior or the person in charge
of the maintenance and repair of the machine.
Moving containers
Containers should not be moved by pushing or pulling with the spreader. Pushing and pulling
will cause damage to the end part of the spreader. It is also likely that the locking pins of the
spindles suffer damage.
System alterations
No alterations to the structures and the systems of the crane are allowed. Alterations may
change the designed operation of the crane and lead to serious accidents.
