Stone shall be completely uniform with flooring, i.e. same type of stone and from the same batch.

Samples of Natural Stone flooring and skirting shall be presented before start of installation of any of them.

Natural Stone tiles shall be tightly fastened cement based mortar before painting of wall.

Painted Concrete Ceiling
混凝土天花板的油漆作業(yè)
Plastered Concrete Ceilings shall be perfectly horizontal, flat and straight according to the drawings.
混凝土天花板的抹灰作業(yè)必須按照?qǐng)D紙要求水平、平整并保持直線。
Tolerances for finished suspended ceiling:
懸掛天花板裝飾的尺寸：
− maximum permitted deviation in same area from horizontal line measured on
5000 mm: ≤20 mm
-同一位置的水平最大允許為5000毫米：≤20毫米
− maximum deflection measured on 2000 mm: ± 5 mm
-最大偏差為2000毫米：±5毫米
− dents are not permitted

Project Owner can in separately decided cases permit that minor faults may be repaired using more plaster. Plaster must not peel or drop from ceiling: plaster shall stick to bed and
be strong enough to carry its own weight.

− Concrete Ceilings over recessed grids and plain, visible mechanical installations shall be painted matte.

− Visible Concrete Ceilings shall be painted directly after the cavities have been filled.
- 凹處已經(jīng)填補(bǔ)之后，可見混凝土天花板可以直接上漆。
− Concrete Ceilings over suspended ceilings with slits, openings etc. in areas where special hygienic conditions are needed, shall be treated with dust binding paint if
nothing more is required by law and regulations.
- 懸掛天花板上方的混凝土的裂縫和開始等，在有特別衛(wèi)生要求狀況下，如果相關(guān)法律法規(guī)沒有特別規(guī)定，需要使用粘塵涂料進(jìn)行處理。

The suspended ceilings shall be a complete and usable system of panels, hardware, and support components. The ceiling system shall be provided by a single manufacturer and
shall be a standard product as shown in the most recent catalogue data.
懸掛天花板為一套完整而可用的面板、硬件和支持部件系統(tǒng)組成。天花板系統(tǒng)由單獨(dú)的制造商提供，并且是最新目錄數(shù)據(jù)中所示標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品。
Suspended Ceilings shall be perfectly horizontal, flat and straight according to the drawings. If bending, curves etc. occurs, this shall be corrected by demolishing the badly made
sections and building a new, correct ceiling.
