This process adopts turbulent shock technology to implement the cooling and ammonium sulfate concentration process, and the water washing operation to dust and other impurities, and then filter the impurities in the serous fluid. It may effectively remove more than 80% of the dust and impurities. As for the oversaturation flue gas with high moisture content, this process also has the function of water elimination. The impurities such as dust in the flue gas are removed in this process, so the impurities in the ammonium sulfite absorbed in the circulation serous fluid is very few in the subsequent filtration module area and demister. It guaranteed that the demister does not have the occurrence of block, and reduced the production of the ammonium sulfate aerosol, which improves the utilization ratio of the ammonia and reduces the secondary pollution.

另外,湍沖洗滌過(guò)程氣相物質(zhì)必須經(jīng)過(guò)液相的湍沖狀交換場(chǎng),故氣量變化時(shí)僅是使動(dòng)態(tài)交換場(chǎng)位置移動(dòng)而對(duì)脫除效率影響很少,工業(yè)化過(guò)程中,氣相量的變化極為正常,湍沖洗滌應(yīng)對(duì)此情況有著顯著的適應(yīng)性,系統(tǒng)內(nèi)氣量變化50%左右情況下,二氧化硫脫除率基本不變。
