1、加速空白地級城市的業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)，上半年在全國18家空白地級城市專賣店的成功開發(fā)中，武漢分公司占據(jù)了11家；也為未來1-2年進行縣級城市專賣店的開發(fā)進行了很好的嘗試，今年上半年，武漢分公司還成功開發(fā)了湖北十堰地區(qū)竹溪縣專賣店（和分公司直接簽署經(jīng)銷協(xié)議，首批進貨3萬元）；
2、第三方物流運作模式的逐步成熟使得各經(jīng)銷商開始逐步加大瓷磚膠、填縫料在各地的推廣，尤其是在家裝渠道中的大力推廣，并已開始得到回報，從而讓我們的產(chǎn)品銷售結(jié)構(gòu)更趨合理。
3、隨著第三方物流運作模式的逐步成熟，各大百萬經(jīng)銷商開始更有信心的逐步加大了對市場的投入，經(jīng)銷熱情更加高漲，從而可更好的保證市場的良性、持續(xù)運行；
4、第三方物流運作模式無形中大幅增加了分公司的費用和支出，但上半年我們?nèi)匀荒艹~完成預(yù)算，從另一方面證明武漢分公司的“以商養(yǎng)商、以市場養(yǎng)市場”的營銷策略是可行的。
（一）加快和加強對新進員工的培訓，確保能盡快產(chǎn)生銷售力；
（二）進一步構(gòu)想?yún)⒖急本┦薪ㄖb飾裝修鑲貼工比武大獎賽規(guī)則， 組織湖南、湖北各總經(jīng)銷商和裝修協(xié)會進行合作試點，舉行產(chǎn)品推廣會，在兩省各組織一次聲勢較大的營銷活動，為下半年的銷售增長帶來新的亮點；如可行，再在陜西、河南兩省推廣；同時借此機會，加大轄區(qū)內(nèi)空白地級城市專賣店的開發(fā)工作，力爭在第三季度確保將所有的空白地級城市全部開發(fā)出來；
