xxx污水處理廠，原設(shè)計(jì)處理市政生活污水，日處理水量為16000m3/d，采用厭氧+生物濾池工藝，主要構(gòu)筑物有集水井、提升泵房、細(xì)格柵、沉砂池、厭氧池、生物濾池和二沉池�，F(xiàn)要求處理量增加到18000m3/d，經(jīng)計(jì)算，主要限制部分為生物濾池負(fù)荷過(guò)高，會(huì)影響出水水質(zhì)，因此增加1座生物濾池，將各水泵等設(shè)備更換較大的型號(hào)，即可滿足要求。具體計(jì)算書(shū)如下：
Mudore Sewage Treatment Plant, originally designed for municipal sewage treatment, has a daily water treatment of 16000m3/d and adopts anaerobic together with bio-filter process, which consists of sump, ascension pump room, fine screens, grit chamber, anaerobic digester, bio-filter, secondary sedimentation tank. Now the processing capacity is required to be increased to 18000m3/d. According to the calculation, the main constrained part is the excessive load of bio-filter, which may affect the quality of outflow water. Therefore, with one more bio-filter added and replaced larger size pump, the demand can be satisfied. The specific calculations are as follows:
