c. 再就業(yè)的職位
(1)雇員服役90天或90天以內(nèi),可以重新回到其服役前所在的職位。 這可以是服役前的職位,更高的職位或者甚至是已經(jīng)裁員的職位。
b. Re-Employment Rights
(1) Employees who enter the military, either voluntarily or involuntarily (e.g., call-up for reservists) will be granted re-employment rights if they:
Give advance notice (written or verbal) of their military service to JohnsonDiversey;
Are absent for five (5) years or less;
Separate from military service under honorable conditions (employees who are discharged under dishonorable conditions will be decided on a
case-by-case basis); and Report for re-employment within the timeframes outlined below.

(e) Provide documentation of the above.
(2) The time limits for reporting to work following separation from the military can be extended for up to two (2) years if an individual is hospitalized or recovering from an injury caused by or aggravated during active duty.
c. Re-Employment Positions
(1) An employee who is in the military for 90 days or less will be re-employed in the position he or she would have been employed had there been no interruption due to military service. This could be the employee's position prior to the military service, a higher position, or even a layoff status

(1)軍事假期的福利:

(b)雇員的軍事假期期間(現(xiàn)役期間)繼續(xù)享有為期6個(gè)月的,為一般雇員付出的健康保險(xiǎn)福利,此后的18個(gè)月內(nèi),雇員可以通過(guò)辦理COBRA保險(xiǎn)繼續(xù)獲得團(tuán)體保險(xiǎn),從而獲得其應(yīng)有的福利。
(c)由于服役的原因,雇員(包括受贍養(yǎng)者,如果適用)失去健康保險(xiǎn), JohnsonDiversey公司在不添加其它條款的情況下,立即重新恢復(fù)雇員健康保險(xiǎn)。 不過(guò),健康保險(xiǎn)不包括在服役期間,按照退伍軍人事務(wù)法案規(guī)定處理的任何疾病或受傷。

(2) For an employee in the military for more than 90 days but fewer than five (5) years, JohnsonDiversey will re-employ the employee, if qualified, in one of the following:
A position he or she would have attained, with reasonable certainty, by
remaining employed;
A position of like seniority, status and pay as the position he or she would have attained, with reasonable certainty, by remaining employed;
or The employee's old position or a position of like seniority, status and pay
as the old position.
d. Impact on Benefits
(1) Benefits While on Military Leave:
Upon written request, JohnsonDiversey will permit the employee to use, during a Military Leave, any vacation, or other applicable paid Leave granted before the start of military service.
Employees on a Military Leave (active duty) may continue health coverage for up to 6 months of their regular employee contributions. Thereafter, and for a period not to exceed 18 months, the employee may continue group insurance coverage by electing COBRA coverage and making the required contributions.
For an employee (and covered dependents, if applicable) whose health coverage is terminated because of his or her militaryservice, JohnsonDiversey will reinstate the coverage upon re-employment of the employee without imposing any exclusions or waiting periods. However, coverage will not apply to any illness or injury incurred during or aggravated by the military service, as
determined by the Secretary of Veteran Affairs.

(d) The terms and conditions of each benefit plan will govern eligibility for other benefits. Where applicable, employees will be required to pay the appropriate employee contributions rate for benefits.
(2) Length of Service Benefits:
For re-employed employees, there will be no breaks in employment service because of Military Leave. That is, JohnsonDiversey will count all military service for any benefits (e.g., vacation, retirement, etc.) in the length of employment service and the re-employed employee will receive credit for vesting purposes relating to retirement benefits if they are re-employed within the prescribed timeframe.

Supervisors will find out when the polls are open and adjust schedules as needed to ensure that any employee who wishes to vote will have an opportunity to do so. No employee will be penalized or retaliated against for requesting time off to vote.
