實(shí)驗(yàn)室保密協(xié)議-中英對(duì)照
本人愿意自覺(jué)遵守以下條款，并愿意承擔(dān)由本人原因?qū)е碌南鄳?yīng)法律責(zé)任：
1. 承認(rèn)本人對(duì)博格布實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息有保密的義務(wù)；
2. 絕不對(duì)非博格布實(shí)驗(yàn)室及非博格布實(shí)驗(yàn)室授權(quán)人員透露實(shí)驗(yàn)室機(jī)密信息；
3. 絕對(duì)不利用博格布（廈門(mén)）輕工制品有限公司技術(shù)和資料從事開(kāi)發(fā)和技術(shù)服務(wù)；
4. 對(duì)博格布實(shí)驗(yàn)室客戶的技術(shù)、資料、數(shù)據(jù)以及其他商業(yè)機(jī)密嚴(yán)格保密，決不通過(guò)泄漏客戶機(jī)密獲取利益。
5. 決不利用博格布實(shí)驗(yàn)室客戶客戶和技術(shù)和資料從事技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)和技術(shù)服務(wù)；
若有違反以上規(guī)定，給絕對(duì)不利用博格布（廈門(mén)）輕工制品有限公司、客戶造成損失的，本人愿意承擔(dān)經(jīng)濟(jì)和法律責(zé)任。

Laboratory confidentiality agreement
I am willing to agree the following terms, and will take all responsibilities of relevant law and regulations:
1. Admit to have obligation for the information confidentiality of Bugaboo laboratory;
2. Never reveal the confidential information to non- technical personnel of Bugaboo laboratory or non-authorized personnel of Bugaboo laboratory;
3. Never use the technology and data of Bugaboo (Xiamen Branch) Light Industry Products Co., LTD. for technology development and technical services;
4. The customer technology, material lab, data, and other business secrets will be treated as strictly confidential, and never reveal the confidential of customer for profit.
5. Never use the technology and material of Bugaboo laboratory to engage in technology development and technology services;
I will bear the relevant economic and legal responsibility for any loss of Bugaboo (Xiamen Branch) Light Industry Products Co., LTD. due to the violation of the above conditions.
