- 生產(chǎn)日期(參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)0.00013);
- 循環(huán)原材料的商標(biāo),如果有的話(參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)07416);
- 標(biāo)注在圖紙上的任何別的要求。

Subject the components to the checks and tests specified in the paragraphs below. Make sure test
results comply with the values/limits prescribed  on the annexed type-specific Specifications Data
Sheet.

Test Environment (if not otherwise specified)
Temperature:  23 ± 5°C
Atmospheric pressure:  860 to 1060 mbar
Relative humidity:  45 to 70 %

Visual inspection
2.2.1
Plastic parts
The parts must be free from splits, dents, breaks, cutting or pointed parts, burrs, stripes, sucks, or any
other defect that can compromise aesthetics, operation and installation.
The coupling zone has not to show sucks. Deflections, incompleteness, etc., which might affect the
part sealing.
2.2.2
Metallic parts
Parts must be free from splits, dents, inner and outer oxidations, cutting or pointed parts, which might
affect the part good operation during installation.
2.3
Dimensions and tolerances
Compliance with the specific drawing.
2.4
No materials, nor processes, even harmful
According to the Procurement Specification 9.01102 (Quality of supplies).
2.5
Marking
Each component shall bear in a clear and indelible manner, in the area indicated on the drawing:
- alphanumeric code of Supplier (according to standard 07610);
- manufacturing date (according to standard 0.00013);
- the material recycling trademark, if any (according to standard 07416);
- any other requirement indicated in the drawing.

Service characteristics
NOTE: apart from special cases, all tests have to be carried out using, as far as the tap is concerned,
special mock-ups made of plastic/aluminum, whose dimensions comply with the  specific
drawing.
2.9.1
Leak test
The use of taps realized with the minimum tolerances is required for the following tests.

At environmental temperature

Connect the female coupling to the tap, inserting it until it stops.
2.9.1.1.2
Connect the tap or the female coupling to the compressed air line.
2.9.1.1.3
Plug the other end of the fast coupling with a special tool.
2.9.1.1.4
Immerse the assembly completely into the tank.
2.9.1.1.5
Pressurize, by inputting air and stabilize for 5 minutes at 500 kPa pressure (5 relative bars).
2.9.1.1.6
During this period, check the compliance to prescriptions indicated in the specification data sheet.

At low temperature

Position the assembly of paragraph § 2.9.1.1 in a climatic chamber.

Set temperature to –30 ± 2°C.

a vacuum pump, a differential pressure gauge or differential transducer and a 10 l tank.

Assemble an on/off tap between the tank and the test piece being tested.

Create an absolute 10 Kpa depression (0.1 absolute bars).

Close the tap.

Connection and disconnection force
The use of taps realized with the maximum tolerances is required for this test.
2.9.2.1
Use test pieces complying with the supply status, without any further lubrication.
2.9.2.2
To carry out the connecting test, do the following:

Fasten stiffly the tap or the female coupling to the test equipment.

Insert the female coupling being tested or the previously degreased tap at 50 ± 2.5 mm/min speed
until it stops.
NB: the tap has to be kept axial with the female coupling, the fastening system has to be active.
2.9.2.5
By means of dynamometer measure the connecting force and check the compliance with prescriptions
indicated in the specification data sheet.
2.9.2.6
To carry out the disconnecting test, do the following:

Inhibit the fastening system and activate the dynamometer at 50  ± 2.5 mm/min speed.
2.9.2.8
By means of dynamometer measure the disconnecting force and check the  compliance  with
prescriptions indicated in the specification data sheet.
2.9.3
Torsional structural strength
To be carried out only on angular objectivation couplings
2.9.3.1
Use an equipment reproducing the reference unions according  to the  interface drawing  in Annex 4,
which are provided for application on vehicle.
2.9.3.2
Install correctly the fast coupling in the above mentioned equipment until it hooks completely.
2.9.3.3
Then  apply a torsional torque as regards the 8 Nm union axis.
2.9.3.4
Check the compliance to prescriptions indicated in the specification data sheet.
2.9.4
Resistance to extraction
The use of taps realized with the minimum tolerances is required for this test.
2.9.4.1
Connect the  tap onto the  female  coupling until it  stops and make sure that the fastening system is
correctly hooked. Fasten firmly the female coupling or the tap to the test equipment.
2.9.4.2
Apply a tensile load to the tap or to the female junction in the same direction as its axis at a speed
ranging between 50 and 5 mm/min until getting the complete separation.
2.9.4.3
By means of dynamometer measure the extraction force and check the compliance with prescriptions
indicated in the specification data sheet.
