監(jiān)視器系統(tǒng)狀況提示說明翻譯-中英對照
狀況提示出現(xiàn)在控制器的右下方,有閃爍的一行字，提示操行者需要優(yōu)先做的動作或需要優(yōu)先處理的故障。有以下幾個提示：
1,請先執(zhí)行原點動作�。ㄩ_機或出現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)報警后會出現(xiàn)此提示）
2,探針失敗請?zhí)幚怼＃ㄌ结樖∵_到設定值時會出現(xiàn)此提示并停機）
3,線料用完請?zhí)幚�。（包括線料用完及斷線均會出現(xiàn)此提示并停機）
4,限位達到請?zhí)幚�。（裝有限位開關且到達限位時出現(xiàn)此提示并停機）
5,角度范圍．．．．．．或軸向范圍．．．．．．。(輸入數(shù)值超出允許值范圍)
6, 線架報警請?zhí)幚�。（線架報警會出現(xiàn)此提示并停機）
4. Clue to system status
The state warning shall be is presented at the bottom right of the controller with flashing words , which shall remain the operator that the procedure or malfunction which has priority to deal with. The several warning as follows:
1. Please carry out origin movements first ! (displayed after start up the machine or system alarm)
2. The probe failure and ask for further procedure (displayed after probe failure and reach the set value)
3. The line material is empty and ask for further procedure. (displayed after line material empty or line shut down)
4. Reaches the limit location and ask for further procedure. (equipped with limit switch and displayed after the limit location has been reached to shut down the unit)
5. Angle range . . . . . . Or axial range . . . . . . . (input number value beyond the scope of allowing value)
6. Line shelf alarm and ask for further procedure . (line shelf alarm shall be displayed and shut down the unit)

目前錯誤信息：顯示目前錯誤信息代碼(Error--XX)。
代碼說明欄： 列出10種常見報警代碼和內(nèi)容說明。
報警復位處理：按復位鍵即可從報警畫面切換到主畫面。(Error-22除外：必須先將緊急停止按鈕EM-STOP復位，才能將畫面切換到主畫面。)
特別提示
控制器出現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)報警后，操作人員應先記錄報警代碼，并對照報警說明采取相應的處理措施或與專業(yè)維修人員聯(lián)系！
控制器出現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)報警后，控制器會自動提示需要做歸零動作！
Present wrong information: display the wrong information code (Error --XX).

Alarm reset procedure: Press the key of “reset” and switch from warning picture to the main picture . (Except Error-22: it is necessary to reset the emergency stop button EM-STOP to switch the picture to the main picture . )

After the controller display the alarming information of system, the operator should write down the warning code first, and take the corresponding treatment measure or contact maintenance personal of the specialist according to the explanation of alarming!

Error-01參數(shù)設定錯誤
Error-01 parameter setting mistake
原因：設定的內(nèi)定速度過低或過高。
處理：進入?yún)?shù)畫面修改內(nèi)定速度。
Reason: The original speed setting is to low or to high.
Procedure: Enter into the parameter picture to revise the speed setting.
Error-02馬達運轉異常
原因：電機或驅(qū)動器故障。
處理：①檢查電機有無過熱。
②關掉總電源后，檢查機械是否運轉順暢，若不順暢，請先排除故障。
③用工具轉動電機軸，轉得動則表示驅(qū)動器未給電機信號，打開機器底座電箱，查看驅(qū)動器右上角顯示窗是否正常，正常為小光標有規(guī)律的跳動，顯示不正常請與檢修人員聯(lián)系。
Error-02 motor operating abnormal
Reason: malfunction of electrical machinery or driver.
Procedure: ① Checking whether the motor is overheated.
② After shut down the main power supply, check whether machinery operates in a regular operation, if it is not in a normal status, please remove failures first.
③ Rotate the axle of the electrical machinery with the tool, if it is moveable it shows that the driver has not given the signal of the electrical machinery, open the electric housing of the machine base, check whether that the upper right corner of the driver display window is normal, normal status shall be a little cursor, if it is in a abnormal condition please contact the maintenance personnel.
Error-03計數(shù)次數(shù)大于設定值
原因：預設的產(chǎn)量已完成。
處理：將光標移到完成產(chǎn)量清零即可。
Error-03 Count number of times greater than the setting for value
Reason: The output of presupposition has already been finished.
Procedure: Move the cursor to the finished output for resetting.
Error-05,06控制器內(nèi)部異常
原因：控制器內(nèi)部程序出現(xiàn)故障。
處理：重復按幾次”復位”鍵后再關電源,如故障未解除請與供應商聯(lián)系。
Error-05, 06 Unusual status inside the controller
Reason: The procedure inside the controller is in an abnormal condition.
Procedure: Press the “reset” several times and shut down the power supply, if the malfunction has not removed, please contact supplier.
Error-09探針檢測異常
原因：探針感應信號未輸入給電腦，或I/O板負極未與機器導通。
處理：調(diào)整探針的位置或檢查探針感應線是否斷開；檢查I/O板負極是否與機器導通。
Error-09 The probe checking abnormal
Reason: The reaction signal of the probe has not been input to the computer , or negative pole of I/O board has not been contact with the machine .
Procedure: Adjust the position of the probe or check the probe reaction thread whether breaking; Check whether negative pole of I/O board is contacted with the machine.
Error-11程式記憶錯誤
原因：在電腦會自動找回丟失記憶的情況下,還出現(xiàn)此報警,是由于電池沒電造成。
處理：更換一塊給主板CPU供電的電池。
Error-11 Memory mistake of the procedure
Reason: In a situation that the computer will retrieve lost memory automatically, and still present this display, this situation shall be caused by the condition of null battery.
Procedure: Change the battery supply power of CPU in main board.
Error-18空檔案或系統(tǒng)初始化
原因：由于誤操作所產(chǎn)生的程序丟失或系統(tǒng)本身初始化。
處理：重復按幾次“復位”鍵,等待兩三分鐘。再斷電腦電源,然后再開電源, 電腦會自動找回丟失的程序。
Error-18 Empty file or the system initializing
Reason: Program loses or initialization itself due to the mal operation.
Procedure: Press the “reset” key for several times and wait for two or three minutes. And then shut down the power supply of computer, then open power, the computer shall find the lost program automatically.
Error-22緊急停止,EM-STOP
原因：急停開關斷開或I02斷開。
處理：解除急�；驒z查I02,再按“復位”鍵。
Error-22 Emergency stop, EM-STOP
Reason: Stop switch disconnection or I02 disconnection urgently.
Procedure: Remove and emergency stop or check I02, press and "reset" key again.
Error-30電池沒電
原因：給主板CPU供電的電池沒電。
處理：更換一塊新的電池。
Error-30 Null battery
Reason: The battery supply power for main board CPU has no electricity.
Deal with: Change a new battery.
Error-37線架異常報警
原因：線架亂線或線架故障。
處理：檢查線架運轉是否正常。
Error-37 The line shelf abnormal alarming
Reason: Wrong line or a abnormal condition of line.
Procedure: Check whether it is normal the line shelf operates.
