Installation scope
成都地鐵2號線工程安裝范圍為本項(xiàng)目的全部所有區(qū)域，包括且不限于：The installation scope of Chengdu Subway Line 2 project is all the area of this project, it contains but is not limited to:
(1) 正線的全部設(shè)備安裝：All the equipments installation of the main line:
控制中心、應(yīng)急指揮中心、設(shè)備集中站、非集中站的室內(nèi)、外及軌旁設(shè)備配置、安裝及線纜敷設(shè)、連接配線；Configuration, installation, cable laying, connection and wiring of the indoor / outdoor and wayside equipments of the control center, emergency command center, equipment central station and non-central station;
正線信號系統(tǒng)的所有光、電纜敷設(shè)、測試、接續(xù)和配線。All the lighting, cable laying, test connection and wiring of the main line signal system.
(2) V車輛段設(shè)備安裝：ehicle depot equipment installation:
車輛段室內(nèi)、外設(shè)備配置、安裝及線纜連接配線；Vehicle depot indoor and outdoor equipments configuration, installation and cable connection and wiring;
試車線室內(nèi)、外設(shè)備配置、安裝及線纜連接配線；Train test line indoor and outdoor equipments configuration, installation and cable connection and wiring;
維修中心（含工區(qū)等）室內(nèi)、外設(shè)備配置、安裝及線纜連接配線；Maintenance center (including working zones) indoor and outdoor equipments configuration, installation and cable connection wiring;

1.2 工作內(nèi)容Work contents
1. 本項(xiàng)目中的工作范圍包括但不限于：The work scope of this project contains but is not limited to:
熟悉設(shè)計(jì)文件、掌握設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，開展現(xiàn)場調(diào)查及施工定測；Get familiar with the design documents, understand the design standards, perform the site investigation and construction location survey;
完成本項(xiàng)目整個信號系統(tǒng)施工及安裝；Complete the whole signal system construction and installation of this project;
提供各階段的進(jìn)度報(bào)告及施工計(jì)劃等。Provide the progress reports and construction plans of all the stages.
2. 在設(shè)備正式移交之前，負(fù)責(zé)對工程施工現(xiàn)場設(shè)備看護(hù)和管理。Before the official handover of the equipments, be responsible to the monitoring and management of the construction site equipments.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)所供設(shè)備的裝卸、倉儲、保管和運(yùn)輸。Be responsible for the load and unload, storage, management and transportation of the supplied equipment.
4. 安裝工程項(xiàng)目管理和協(xié)調(diào)；Installation project management and coordination;
5. 所屬工程范圍完工測試；Project completion test in the corresponding work scope;

1.3 工程圖紙、技術(shù)文件和技術(shù)資料Engineering drawings, technical documents and technical materials
1. 提供各階段的安裝進(jìn)度、安裝計(jì)劃、驗(yàn)收報(bào)告等文件和資料。Provide the documents and materials of the installation progresses, installation plans, and acceptance reports of all the stages.
2. 所提供的竣工圖紙及技術(shù)文件，紙質(zhì)印刷版除另有規(guī)定外按一式10份提交，相應(yīng)的電子文件2套，電子文件的文檔編輯軟件版本為Office2000及以上版本、圖形文件為AutoCAD 2004及以上版本，以光盤方式提交。For the supplied completion drawings and technical documents, the paper printing version shall be submitted with 10 copies (unless specified otherwise), the corresponding electronic version documents shall be submitted with 2 sets, the electronic documents editing software shall be Office2000 and higher version, the drawing documents editing software shall be AutoCAD 2004 and higher version, all the electronic documents shall be submitted in CD-roms.
2 項(xiàng)目管理Project management
2.1 組織機(jī)構(gòu)Organization structure
1. 應(yīng)于簽定合同后的30天內(nèi)，在成都設(shè)立本工程的施工安裝項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)即施工單位現(xiàn)場項(xiàng)目部，項(xiàng)目部必須保證有滿足工程要求的管理人員、技術(shù)人員和施工及安裝人員。The construction installation project management authority shall be established in Chengdu within 30 days after the contract is signed, i.e. the site project department of the construction unit. The project department must guarantee that there are management personnel, technical personnel and construction and installation personnel to meet the project requirements.
2. 應(yīng)采用圖表形式展示項(xiàng)目管理的詳細(xì)組織架構(gòu)，主要職員姓名，職務(wù)，常駐地點(diǎn)，專職及職員關(guān)系。圖表亦要要清楚地展示將不同組別聯(lián)系起來的個人及責(zé)任方向。The diagrams shall be used to present the detailed organization structure of the project management, the name, position, location of the main employee, the personnel relationship. The diagrams shall also clearly demonstrate the personnel that connect different groups and his responsibility.
3. 應(yīng)提交本項(xiàng)目主要行政人員、監(jiān)督人員、工程人員的姓名、資歷和至目前的履歷。該等人員應(yīng)全職受雇于該項(xiàng)目。The name, experience and resume of the main administrative personnel, supervision personnel, engineering personnel in this project shall be provided. These personnel shall be employed in this project in full time.
4. 項(xiàng)目部技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人，應(yīng)由具有豐富工程和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人員擔(dān)任。The project department technical head shall be the personnel with vast engineering and management experience.
5. 須有數(shù)量相當(dāng)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的管理和專業(yè)技術(shù)人員擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目工程師。項(xiàng)目工程師、管理和專業(yè)技術(shù)人員須滿足下表要求，且應(yīng)提供每一崗位的人員的資料。There must be a number of experienced management and professional technical personnel as the project engineers. The project engineer, management and professional technical personnel must satisfy the requirements listed in the following table, and the materials of the personnel in every position shall be provided.
6. 須提交一份在本項(xiàng)目中的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在其他類似規(guī)模的信號系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目中作為主要負(fù)責(zé)人的用戶證明。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和項(xiàng)目工程師要專職服務(wù)于該項(xiàng)目，由任職開始至合同執(zhí)行完為止，履行在合同內(nèi)要盡的責(zé)任。工程開始后，只要招標(biāo)人認(rèn)為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或項(xiàng)目工程師不能正確及時地履行其職責(zé)，招標(biāo)人有權(quán)在任何時間要求撤換。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)承諾在一（1）個月內(nèi)更換。A certification from the user must be provided to indicate that the project manager of this project has been working in the other signal system project with similar scope as a principle head. The project manager and project engineer shall serve this project in full time, from the beginning to the completion of the contract, to take the responsibility specified by the contract. After the project start, if Biddee believes that the project manager or the project engineer cannot perform his responsibility correctly and in time, then Biddee has the rights to make a replacement in any time. Bidder shall promise that the replacement will be made within one (1) month.
7. 應(yīng)派有接口經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工程師作為專職接口負(fù)責(zé)人。The engineer with the experience in interface shall be assigned as the special interface head.
8. 項(xiàng)目部的重要成員應(yīng)滿足以下條件：The important members in the project department shall meet the following conditions:
