吊具穩(wěn)定器
05.1.1. 介紹
在惡劣的大風(fēng)條件下,通過減少吊具的搖擺,Kalmar 穩(wěn)定器系統(tǒng)可提高輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(RTG)的生產(chǎn)率。
05.1.1.1. 什么是穩(wěn)定器?
穩(wěn)定器可緩沖吊具的搖擺運動(圖 1)。 風(fēng)或其它外部力量(例如,在移動伸縮式吊具時,意外碰撞到一個集裝箱上)等有可能導(dǎo)致旋轉(zhuǎn)搖擺。

除旋轉(zhuǎn)方向以外,穩(wěn)定器幾乎對吊具運動不構(gòu)成任何影響。 這正是為什么穩(wěn)定器是一種適合吊具止擺的理想系統(tǒng)。
05.1.1.2. 工作原理
穩(wěn)定器由以下部件組成:
一臺穩(wěn)定器控制器(A901)和一個運動傳感器(B901),安裝在吊具上的一個穩(wěn)定器機箱中;
可編程控制器中的附加軟件功能;
穩(wěn)定器機箱與可編程控制器之間的CAN/Profibus 現(xiàn)場總線網(wǎng)關(guān);
吊具側(cè)位移電機接觸器;
操作人員的指示燈和按鈕。
除使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型 Kalmar 車載可編程控制器以外,穩(wěn)定器無需其它附加可編程控制器硬件。正常的手動回轉(zhuǎn)控制沒有變化。圖 2 為穩(wěn)定器系統(tǒng)的方框簡圖。

穩(wěn)定器啟動后,控制器計算防止吊具轉(zhuǎn)動的最佳反向運動,并向側(cè)移電機發(fā)送控制命令。 根據(jù)控制器的命令,可編程控制器控制電機的接觸器,小車產(chǎn)生動作減少,吊具轉(zhuǎn)動搖擺。
05.1. Spreader stabilizer
05.1.1. Introduction
Kalmar stabilizer system improves productivity of RTGs in difficult wind conditions bydamping
swinging motion of a spreader.
05.1.1.1. What stabilizer does?
Stabilizerdampsswingingmotionofaspreader(Figure1.)Therotationmaybecausedbywind
or other external sources such as unintentional collision to a container when moving the
spreader.

Stabilizerhaspracticallynoeffectonthespreadermovementsin otherdirectionsthanrotation.
That is why the stabilizer is a complimentary system for other electric spreader movement
damping systems.
05.1.1.2. Operating principle
The stabilizer is comprised of the following components:
• a stabilizer controller (A901) and a motion sensor (B901) in a stabilizer box on
a spreader,
• additional software functions in PLC,
• CAN/Profibus gateway (A650) between the stabilizer box and PLC,
• spreader side shift motor contactors and
• operator’s indicator light and button.
There is no additional PLC hardware required for the stabilizer but standard Kalmar onboard
PLCisused. Thereare nochangesinnormalmanualskewcontrol.Figure 2showsasimplified
block diagram of stabilizer system.

When operator activates the stabilizer, the controller calculates the best counter--motion
against the rotating spreader and sends side shift motor control commands to PLC. Based on
controllercommandsPLCoperatestheelectricmotorcontactorsandtrolleymovementattenu-
ates the spreader rotation.
