02.1.1. 加注、檢查和排凈注油點(diǎn)

  對(duì)于延長(zhǎng)鏈條的壽命而言,潤(rùn)滑油脂的質(zhì)量是十分重要的,因此,請(qǐng)注意觀察廢油中的含水狀況;這可以指示出在齒輪箱和車軛之間是否有泄漏。

02.1.1.1.  鏈條張緊度的調(diào)整

在換油時(shí),應(yīng)檢查輪叉內(nèi)部的鏈條。按照以下步驟檢查鏈條的張緊度:
 打開(kāi)輪叉上的小蓋。

 用400N的力先從鏈條一邊加載,然后加載另一邊,此時(shí)鏈條總的可竄動(dòng)量為15-20mm。

如果需要調(diào)整鏈條的張緊度,按照以下步驟進(jìn)行(見(jiàn)前一頁(yè)的圖):
 卸下2個(gè)鎖緊螺母1(M24)

 卸下4個(gè)鎖緊螺栓3(M20 X 70 mm)


 通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)兩個(gè)螺栓2張緊鏈條,直到鏈條的張緊度合適。

02.1.1.2.  更換鏈條的說(shuō)明

更換說(shuō)明
1. 頂起車輪使之可以自由地回轉(zhuǎn)。
2. 卸下鏈條。
3. 打開(kāi)檢測(cè)孔(塞子2)輪叉蓋(板1)。
4. 旋轉(zhuǎn)連接節(jié)與上部位置。
5. 卸下連接節(jié)并移開(kāi)外部的連接片。
6. 鏈條兩端系保護(hù)繩。
7. 旋轉(zhuǎn)連接節(jié)至檢測(cè)孔(塞子2)。取掉連接節(jié),不要將中間片落下。
8. 將新鏈條的一端與舊鏈條的一端連接并去掉這一端的保護(hù)繩。
9. 利用舊鏈條換上新的鏈條,并用繩子保護(hù)兩端。
10. 小心地用新連接節(jié)連接新鏈條,去掉繩子。
11. 適當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)整鏈條并緊固齒輪箱的螺栓。
12. 緊固蓋板。


  注:水有可能會(huì)進(jìn)入到輪叉中。因此,我們建議您發(fā)現(xiàn)有水的話,檢查油的質(zhì)量并換油。為避免水的傷害,我們建議您使用密封劑(如,樂(lè)泰Loctite510、518或者574)來(lái)密封輪叉的蓋板,以及輪叉蓋和齒輪箱之間的縫隙。

02.4. 車輪的直線定位

在直線定位之前將起重機(jī)大車處于吊裝集裝箱的模式,前后開(kāi)動(dòng)幾次。

使用2個(gè)銷子和1條線對(duì)直轉(zhuǎn)向。從外側(cè)的車輪開(kāi)始,一個(gè)一個(gè)地檢測(cè)和調(diào)整車輪,L1a和L1b的差值應(yīng)在1毫米之內(nèi)。車輪之間的名義距離可以是變化的(如748)。如果車輪安裝上了,去除線桿上的兩個(gè)緊固件或者螺母。

The quality of the lubricant is important for the long chain lifetime and
therefore, please observe any traces of water in the replaced oil; this may
indicate leaks between the gear and the yoke.

02.1.1.1. Adjustment of the chain tension
Chain inside of the fork should be checked when changing the oil. Check the chain tension as
follows:
S Open the small cover on the side of the wheel fork.
S The chain will be loaded first from one side and after that from other side by a
forceabout400N(90lbf). Totalmovement ofthe chainshallbe15 -- 20 mm(0,6
-- 0,8”).
If the adjusting of the chain tension is necessary, proceed as follows (Refer to picture on the
previous page):
S Loosen 2 pcs locking nuts 1 (M24)
S Loosen 4 pcs fixing bolts 3, (M20 x 70 mm)
S Tighten the chain by turning both of screws 2 (2 pcs) until the chain tension is
correct.

Instruction to change
1. Jack the wheel to rotate freely
2. Loosen the chain
3. Open the inspection opening (plug2) and the yoke cover (plate1)
4. Rotate the joint link to the uppermost location
5. Unlock the link and remove the outer joint plate
6. Secure ropes to the both ends of the chain
7. Rotate the joint link towards the inspection opening (plug2). Remove the link without
dropping the middle plates
8. Join the new chain to one end of the old chain and remove the rope of this end
9. Replace the new chain with the assistance of the old one and secure both ends with
ropes
10. Join the new chain carefully with a new joint link, remove the ropes
11. Adjust the chain properly and tighten the gearbox bolts
12. Fasten the cover plate.
Note: Water might go inside the wheel fork. Therefore we propose you to
check quality of oil and change the oil if there has been water with it. To
prevent water damages, we suggest you to use sealant (example. Loctite
510,518 or 574) to seal wheel fork cover plate and clearance between fork
cover and the angle gear.

Straighten the steering using two pins and a wire. Measure and adjust wheels one by one
starting fromthe outerwheels. The difference L1a -- L1b should be within +1mm. The nominal
distance of wheels to wire ( e.g.748 ) can vary. If the wheel is on, remove two fastening pieces
or nuts on string level.
