00.6.  起重機(jī)的收藏/整體檢修以及報(bào)廢拆除

00.6.1. 起重機(jī)的停放

當(dāng)收藏起重機(jī)時(shí)，注意不要停在其它作業(yè)的道路上。
確認(rèn)沒有加載能量源被遺留在起重機(jī)上，如高壓容器、液壓儲(chǔ)壓器、電池等等。如果這些能量源自我釋放，將導(dǎo)致無法控制的危險(xiǎn)情況。
確認(rèn)可能出現(xiàn)的油料泄漏不會(huì)污染環(huán)境或者對環(huán)境造成危害。。
對于收藏的起重機(jī)進(jìn)行規(guī)定的日常檢查。

00.6.2. 起重機(jī)的啟用

當(dāng)將起重機(jī)從收藏狀態(tài)變成使用狀態(tài)時(shí)，仔細(xì)學(xué)習(xí)操作員指南。在使用之前，對起重機(jī)進(jìn)行全面的保養(yǎng)。
除日常的檢查之外，對起重機(jī)進(jìn)行長時(shí)間收藏后的相關(guān)程序。
檢查在液壓系統(tǒng)、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、變速箱等處的液面高度是否適當(dāng)。
在首次運(yùn)行中要小心駕駛，確認(rèn)起重機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常。

00.6.3. 整體檢修

在起重機(jī)保養(yǎng)期到達(dá)時(shí)，你必須考慮將其停止工作或者進(jìn)行整體檢修。
整體檢修后的起重機(jī)應(yīng)該與新的起重機(jī)沒有區(qū)別。新系統(tǒng)的建立要求為使用者準(zhǔn)備單獨(dú)保養(yǎng)和操作指南。
負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行檢修的團(tuán)隊(duì)有責(zé)任準(zhǔn)備新增功能的操作指南，與原有功能相關(guān)的新增功能應(yīng)予特別注意。
當(dāng)保養(yǎng)維修時(shí)，新增功能不能損害起重機(jī)原有的安全等級(jí)。

00.6.4. 報(bào)廢拆除

當(dāng)起重機(jī)最終從退役進(jìn)行報(bào)廢拆除時(shí)，應(yīng)時(shí)刻注意環(huán)保和安全問題。

在起重機(jī)被拆卸時(shí)或之后，都要注意起不能污染環(huán)境。

  不要將任何液體或者油料潑在地上

在拆卸中和拆卸后，確認(rèn)沒有加載能量源被遺留在車上。這可能導(dǎo)致危險(xiǎn)情況的出現(xiàn)。

  謹(jǐn)防危險(xiǎn)能量的泄漏

了解哪些機(jī)械零件和液體是屬于有毒廢物一類的。按照在它們的具體要求處理這些材料。

00.6. Storing/complete overhau l the RTG and removing from
service
00.6.1. Storing the carrier
When storing the carrier, take care that it will not be in the way of other operations.
Makesurethatnochargedenergysorcesareleftonthecarrier,i.e.pressure vessels,hydraulic
pressure accumulators, electric batteries, etc. If left to discharge by themselves, these energy
sources may cause incontrollable danger situations.
Make sure that possible oil leaks from the carrier cannot harm or pollute the environment.
Carry out regular follow--up inspections on the stored carrier.
00.6.2. Taking the carrier back into use
When taking the carrier back into use from store, study the Operator’s Manual carefully.
Carry out a thorough maintenance on the carrier before taking into use.
In addition to normal inspections, carry out those procedures that are done after a long--time
storage.
Checkthatthefluidlevelsinthehydraulicsystem,the engines,the brakesystem, thetransmis-
sion, etc., are correct.
Drive cautiously at first to make sure that the carrier is working properly.
00.6.3. Complete overhaul
At the end of the carrier’s serviceable life you have to consider removing it from use or making
a complete overhaul.
A completely overhauled carrieris considered equal to a newone. The building up of newsys-
temsalso requiresthe preparationof separatemaintenance andoperation manualsfortheus-
ers.
The organization that carries out the overhaul is also responsible for preparing the operating
instructionsforthe newfunctions. In this connection, care must be taken to account for the be-
haviour of the new functions in connection to the remaining functions of the carrier.
The newfunctionsmust not deterioratethe carrier’soriginalsafetylevelofthe timewhen itwas
in service.

00.6.4. Removing from service
When the carrierisfinallyremoved from service, it should be taken apart keeping environmen-
tal and safety aspects in mind.
Take care that the carrier will not pollute the environment when being taken apart, or after-
wards.
Do not pour any fluids or oils to the ground.
Make sure that no charged energy sources are left during or after the dismantling. The may
lead to dangerous situations.
Beware of dangerous discharges of energy.
Investigate which machine parts and fluids are classified as toxic waste. Handle these materi-
als according to the specified instructions on their disposal.
