概述
PLC(可編程序控制器)控制起重機的大部分功能:行走、起升、吊具、故障顯示、安全系統(tǒng)等。
約有300臺不同的設(shè)備產(chǎn)生數(shù)據(jù),由可編程序控制器(PLC)處理,相應(yīng)地控制起重機的運行?删
程序控制器(PLC)的主要部件之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸主要通過可編程序控制器(PLC)母線進行。

1 司機室
所有側(cè)邊操作臺控制通過位于可旋轉(zhuǎn)的司機座椅下面的I/O模塊與可編程序控制器(PLC)連接。
I/O端子盒包括輸入與輸出卡。
注意!可編程序控制器(PLC)接線應(yīng)從座椅下的開口處,每年檢查兩次。打開座椅底部前面的鎖
定螺栓,可使座椅傾斜。
可編程序控制器(PLC )- 由圖形界面、觸摸式、帶背后照明的菜單控制液晶顯示器(LCD)顯示
。無故障時,顯示屏顯示正常屏幕:日期、時間與大車、起升與小車的速度。
2 小車箱
檢測小車位置與速度的若干個輸入與輸出卡。
3 電氣房
可編程序控制器(PLC)的CPU(中央處理器)與所有相關(guān)設(shè)備(輸入/輸出卡、記數(shù)模塊、顯示屏
等)位于電氣房內(nèi)。
打印機自動打印出有關(guān)所發(fā)生故障的報告,包括日期/時間等信息。
顯示屏的用法
輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機上裝有兩個一模一樣的可編程序控制器(PLC)顯示屏,一個位于司機室
內(nèi),另一個位于電氣房內(nèi)。

故障顯示
根據(jù)所發(fā)生的故障的輕重程度,故障以若干種方式顯示。故障指示器包括信號燈、司機室內(nèi)的警報
器、顯示屏上的提示,以及電氣房內(nèi)打印出來的故障報告。
當(dāng)觸摸屏顯示故障時,該信息將一直保留在屏幕上,直到以故障窗口上的“確認(rèn)”(ACK)按扭確
認(rèn)為止。注意,清除報警并不會自行消除故障,這只是向可編程序控制器(PLC)表明,操作員已
知道故障。

General
PLC(ProgrammableLogicController)controlsmostof functionsof thecrane; driving,hoisting,
spreader, fault indication, safety systems etc. Roughly 300 various equipment produces data
to be handled by PLC, which controls operations accordingly. Data transfer between PLC’s
main components is done mainly via PLC- -bus cable.

Pos Description
1 Driver’s cabin
All sidepanel controls are wired to the PLC through
I/O terminal box located under the turnable driver’s seat. I/O terminal box
contains input-- and output cards.
NOTE! PLC wiring’s fastening should be checked twice a year from the hole
under the seat. Seat can be tilted by opening locking bolts at the front of the
base of the seat.
PLC--display is graphical,touch sensitive, menu controlled LCD--display with
backlight. While no faults exist, the display shows the normal screen: date,
time and speeds of gantry, hoist and trolley.
2 Trolley box
Several input and output cards for detecting trolley position and speed.
3 EE- -house
PLC’s CPU (Central Processing Unit) with all related equipment (input/out-
put cards, counter module, display etc) are located in the EE--house.
Printer automatically prints out report of occured fault, including date/time
information.
Display unit usage
Two identical PLC displays are installed to the RTG; one in the driver’s cab and second in the
EE--house.

Fault indication
Faultsareindicatedinseveralways,accordingtotheseverityofoccurredfault. Faultindicators
are: signal lights, alarm buzzer in the cabin, display notifications and fault report print outs in
the EE--house.
When Touch panel indicates fault, it will stay on the display until it is acknowledged by
ACK--buttononFaultwindow.Notice thatAlarmClearingwill notremove faultitself, itonly
indicates the PLC that fault has been recogniced by the operator.
! MOST OF THE FAULTS ARE RESETTED BY FOLLOWING SEQUENCE:
