吊具

吊具功能（伸長/縮短、旋鎖開啟/關閉、頂銷開啟/關閉）由液壓操作。所需要的液壓動力由位于吊具上架上的電動液壓動力單元產(chǎn)生。

糾偏

正常集裝箱模式（A）與縱向（B）均可實現(xiàn)起重機糾偏。糾偏方向由司機室控制。

 

所需要的液壓動力由位于兩道鞍梁上的兩套電動液壓動力單元產(chǎn)生。

集裝箱方向的糾偏通過在司機座椅左側操作臺開關上調節(jié)驅動電動機的速度來控制。（糾偏按扭7）

小車與司機室

小車在位于主橫梁上面的軌道上行走。司機室安裝在小車上，且為司機行走整個工作區(qū)域提供了良好的視線。

照明

工作區(qū)域的照明由若干盞防水泛光燈實施，可提供地面光照度一致的充分照明。

動力房

動力單元安裝在前鞍梁下，或根據(jù)客戶選擇，對于短基距的輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機，也可安裝在前底梁上。動力單元包括主柴油發(fā)動機、主發(fā)電機（根據(jù)選擇，可提供輔助發(fā)動機與輔助發(fā)電機），以及產(chǎn)生起重機運行所需要的電力的相關附件。

燃料箱位于前鞍梁內，動力單元上方。

電氣房

電氣設備房安裝于前鞍梁上方，或根據(jù)客戶選擇，對于短基距的輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機，也可安裝在后鞍梁上方。其包括電力驅動的大部分電氣設備。這個地方（刪除線：可供選擇）裝有空調。

警示裝置

Karlmar輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機配備聲音報警裝置與閃光信號燈，這些裝置在起重機移動時開啟。另，司機可在司機室控制喇叭。

可供選擇的設備

輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機可配備全套可選擇系統(tǒng)，具體見下文“可供選擇的設備”篇。
Spreader
Spreaderfunctions(lenghtening/shortening, twist- -locksopen/close, lockpinsopen/close)are
hydraulically operated. The required hydraulic power is produced by the electro--hydraulic
power unit located on the head block.
Steering
Steering of the crane is possible both in normal container mode (A) and longitudinal (B)
direction. Steering direction is controlled from the cabin.
Required hydraulic power is produced by two electro--hydraulic power units located on both
sill beams.
Steering in container direction is controlled by adjusting the speed of drive motors with left
controller’s switch panel. (Steering button 7).
Trolley and cabin
The trolleytravelsonrailsontopofmaincrossbeams.Cabinismountedontrolleyandprovides
excellent visibility to the operator across the whole working area.
Cabin is optionally equipped with air conditioning.

Lighting
The illumination of working area is executed with number of weatherproof floodlights which
provide a sufficient uniform light density at the ground level.
Power Units
Thepowerunitassemblyisfittedbelowthefrontsillbeamoroptionallyabovethefrontsillbeam
in short wheelbase RTG. Powerunit consistsof maindieselengine,main generator(optionally
also auxiliary engine and --generator) and related accessories to produce electric power for
functions.
Fuel tank is located inside the front sill beam, above the power unit.
EE- -House
Electricequipmenthouseisfittedabovethefrontsillbeamoroptionallyabovetherearsillbeam
inshortwheelbaseRTG.Itincludesmostoftheelectricequipmentfortheelectricaldrives.This
space is (strikethrough:optionally) equipped with air conditioning.
Warning Devices
The Kalmar RTG is equipped with sound alarm devices and flasher beacons, which are
functioningwhenthecraneismoving. Additionalhorn iscontrolled bythe operatorin thecabin.
