11.3.2. 車輛鎖定裝置
在暴風(fēng)雨時(shí)，用位于小車架上的夾軌器將車輪的位置鎖緊于主橫梁上，見(jiàn)下圖。
11.3.3. 防風(fēng)拉索
1． 不用時(shí)，防風(fēng)拉索的位置
2． 松緊螺旋扣（調(diào)節(jié)長(zhǎng)度680mm）
3． 使用時(shí)，防風(fēng)拉索的位置
當(dāng)風(fēng)速超過(guò)45米/秒（100mph, 165公里/小時(shí)）時(shí)，將起重機(jī)沿車道開(kāi)至停放區(qū)，按駕駛室內(nèi)觸摸屏上的按鈕，將輪子置于停車狀態(tài)（見(jiàn)上圖），將吊具升至最高位置，停止發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，并用位于機(jī)器每一角的防風(fēng)拉索將起重機(jī)與地面固定。（同時(shí)參見(jiàn)“小車鎖緊裝置”）。

因?yàn)榉里L(fēng)拉索的松緊螺旋扣的調(diào)節(jié)長(zhǎng)度只有680mm，所以輪子在停放區(qū)域地面的停放位置應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確，這樣便于在必要時(shí)，使用防風(fēng)拉索。
11.3.4. 起升卷筒鎖緊
起重機(jī)配備起升卷筒鎖緊裝置，可機(jī)械地防止起升卷筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，因此防止吊具/吊架的垂直運(yùn)動(dòng)。起升減速箱、制動(dòng)器、卷筒或其他起升設(shè)備每次檢修時(shí)，都必須使用鎖緊裝置。
鎖緊裝置位于起升卷筒的另一端，起升減速箱的對(duì)側(cè)。裝置的鎖緊塊用螺栓固定于獨(dú)立的板上。當(dāng)裝置不用時(shí)，它們處于下垂位置。當(dāng)起升設(shè)備需要緊固保護(hù)時(shí)，將鎖緊塊提至起升卷筒輪緣，并旋緊鎖緊塊的固定螺栓，這樣輪緣便被夾于鎖緊塊之間。必須同時(shí)使用兩套鎖緊塊！

11.3.5. 緊急停車按鈕
當(dāng)按下緊急停車按鈕時(shí)，所有功能將停止，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)將被關(guān)閉。逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)按鈕之旋鈕，即可釋放緊急停車按鈕。
共八（8）個(gè)緊急停車按鈕，設(shè)于下列位置：
A – 一（1）個(gè)在司機(jī)室里
B – 一（1）個(gè)在電氣房里
C – 一（1）個(gè)在小車電氣箱門上
D – 四（4）個(gè)在前后鞍梁上

注意，通過(guò)按緊急停車按鈕，所有電路仍保持連通，但起重機(jī)的所有功能將被停止。

Because adjustment lenght of tie--down rope’s rigging screw is only 680mm. it is good idea to
mark correct parking position of wheels tostorage area’s ground, thus helping in use of
tie--down whenever necessary.
11.3.4. Hoist drum lock
Crane is equipped with hoist drum locking device, which mechanically prevents hoist drum
turning, thus preventing vertical movement of spreader/headblock. Locking device must be
used every time when hoist gear, -- brake, --drum or other hoist equipment is under
maintenance.
Locking device is located at the other end of hoist drum, opposite side of hoist gear. Device’s
locking pads are fastened to separate plates by screws. When devices are not in use they are
at the downmost position. When hoist equipment is needed to secure, lift locking pads to meet
flange of hoist drum and tighten tightening screws of locking pads, so that flange is squeezed
between pads. Both locking pad pairs must be used simultaneously!
