This macrosubject, understood like the generating information that are processed and spread

by means of the TIC (Technology of the Information and Communication) facilitating the

creation and diffusion of the knowledge, as well as platforms or solutions through TIC of

contents in education, health, commerce, municipalities, government, communities and

decision making and, in addition, to concientizar on the importance of the scientific,

technological and cultural knowledge in the construction of the society of the knowledge with a

sustainable human development. On the other hand, one considers to promote a culture of

creation and use of contents and applications - constantly updated using TIC and respecting

the diverse manifestations of our diversity. In addition, it is recommended to stimulate and to

promote the use of the TIC like permanent tools of the education, the public health, the
