一旦老板敲定展期及展位號(hào)，我們就可以安排展前邀約的準(zhǔn)備工作：
我們可以通過(guò)郵件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)推文發(fā)出參展的消息以及展會(huì)的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)及展位號(hào)等信息；然后做一份參展海報(bào)，包括一份展館平面圖，標(biāo)注你所在的位置，讓客戶一眼就能看懂并迅速找到你的攤位。
展會(huì)前一個(gè)月通過(guò)郵件、私信等方式邀請(qǐng)客戶來(lái)參觀展位，并告知具體的展位位置和聯(lián)系方式。展會(huì)前兩周電話聯(lián)系重點(diǎn)客戶，詢問(wèn)他們是否會(huì)來(lái)展會(huì)，順便了解他們的需求和興趣展會(huì)前一周再次確認(rèn)客戶的到訪日期和時(shí)間，并提供行程安排和交通指引的幫助。展會(huì)期間在約定好的日期客戶沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)時(shí)，及時(shí)電話聯(lián)系客戶，并極力邀請(qǐng)他們到展位。展會(huì)結(jié)束后及時(shí)跟進(jìn)客戶，并發(fā)送感謝信或禮品，并邀請(qǐng)他們?cè)L問(wèn)公司網(wǎng)站或關(guān)注社媒平臺(tái)。即使只有很少部分客戶應(yīng)約而來(lái)，那些沒(méi)來(lái)的客戶也會(huì)經(jīng)過(guò)接觸加深對(duì)我們的印象。它不是單純的產(chǎn)品信息的推廣，而是公司實(shí)力的一次整體宣傳。
