(1) 負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)管理工作,包括與公司內(nèi)部各專業(yè)間、部門間的協(xié)作,保證施工用物料的及時(shí)組織供應(yīng)、技術(shù)支持、質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督等的順利開展;
(1)Be responsible for the coordination and management work of every project, including the cooperation with every specialty and department within the company, ensure the smooth operation of the timely arrangement and supply, technical support and quality safety supervision of the materials used in construction.
(2) 定期向主管經(jīng)理匯報(bào),保證對工程質(zhì)量、安全進(jìn)度的有效控制;
(2)   Make regular report to the project manager, and ensure the effective control of project quality and safety progress;
(3) 參與公司組織的與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的合同變更評審工作;
(3)   Participate in the evaluation work about the contract modification related to the project organized by the company;
(4) 負(fù)責(zé)工程計(jì)劃、進(jìn)度的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作;
(4)   Take charge of making statistics about the project plans and progress;
(5) 負(fù)責(zé)工程款項(xiàng)結(jié)算及項(xiàng)目成本管理工作。

嚴(yán)格按照公司的《項(xiàng)目管理辦法》進(jìn)行管理,以科學(xué)管理、高效工作為原則,確保機(jī)構(gòu)職能齊全、管理規(guī)范,使得整個(gè)施工過程始終處于受控狀態(tài),并確保優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效完成工程,其主要功能如下所述。

(2) 通過計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、控制等手段以及生產(chǎn)諸要素的優(yōu)化配置和動態(tài)管理,確保項(xiàng)目合同目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。并調(diào)動一切積極因素,采取一切可用的手段,滿足建設(shè)方對工期的要求;
(2)   Ensure that the objective in the project contract is achieved through planning, organization, coordination and control as well as the optimal allocation and dynamic management of all the production factors. Besides, bring all positive factors into full play and take every possible measure to meet the requirements of the project duration proposed by the construction unit.
(3) 負(fù)責(zé)處理項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)外部關(guān)系;
