Cooperative Requirements for the Bid Invitation Unit
一、 臨水、臨電設施
Ⅰ. Temporary water and temporary power facilities
為了高效、有序地保證工程順利進行，業(yè)主應盡可能在施工現(xiàn)場或附近準備或幫助我們解決下面事宜。
In order to ensure the smooth performance of project efficiently and orderly, the owner shall prepare or help us to settle the following matters in the construction site or nearby as possible.
1、 供水：生活、生產(chǎn)
1. Water supply: for living, production
臨時用水措施：
Temporary water use measures:
(1) 臨時上水：主要考慮管道打壓、沖洗、防水試驗等施工用水的需要，根據(jù)本工程的現(xiàn)場情況，通過市政給水管網(wǎng)引出一根DN65水管。
(1) Temporary introduction of water: Mainly consideration of the requirement of water utilization for construction such as pipe pressing, flushing, water resistance test, etc, introduce a DN65 water pipe through municipal water distribution network.
(2) 臨時排水：管道打壓，沖洗后的施工排水，可利用土建集水坑，將水先排入集水坑，再用臨時水泵排入市政排水管網(wǎng)。
(2) Temporary drainage: The construction drainage for pipe pressing, flushing can be drained off to the sump by civil sump, then drain off to the municipal water drainage network by temporary water pump.
(3) 在施工過程中要嚴格按照規(guī)范和質量要求，對關鍵部位要注意“三防”，即防堵塞、防錯接、防松動。
(3) “Three preventions”, i.e. prevention of blockage, misconnection and loosening, shall be paid attention for the key parts in strict accordance with code and quality requirements in the course of construction.
(4) 注意成品保護。由于現(xiàn)場施工情況復雜，大型機械和車輛較多，對敷設好的臨水管線注意保護。在試壓和防腐工作后及時填埋。
(4) Pay attention to the protection of finished products. Because of complicated situations of construction site, there is more large-scale machinery and vehicles, the temporary pipelines laid shall be protected. Bury them after pressure test and anticorrosion work.
(5) 抓好“質量通病”的對照檢查工作，嚴格按照施工工藝要求操作。
(5) Accomplish the inspection work of “quality defects”, and carry on operations in strict accordance with construction technology requirements.
(6) 預留管口的臨時堵不得隨意打開，以防進雜物造成堵塞。
(6) The temporary blockage of the pre-reserved nozzles shall not be opened at will so as to prevent sundries from blockage.
(7) 交叉施工中，注意不能破壞、砸壞、污染其它專業(yè)的成品或半成品。
(7) Pay attention to not destroy, damage, pollute other professional finished or semi-finished products during the course of cross-construction.
2、 供電：生活、生產(chǎn)
2. Power supply: for living and production
臨時用電措施：
Measures for temporary power use:
(1) 施工期間的機具設備及工作、生活照明所需要的用電均接自工地的建筑臨時
電源，并按照土建總包單位的要求進行設置。
(1) Power use required for machinery and facilities, production and living lighting during the course of construction are all from temporary power supply of the construction site buildings, and are arranged according to the requirements of general contracting unit of civil engineering.
(2) 從建設單位指定的電源主控箱處引出電源，接至機房房內(nèi)一級配電箱上，各專業(yè)施工隊必須根據(jù)用電負荷相應設置二級配電箱，施工時必須從二級配電箱接插電源。
(2) Power supply is from the control box wire lead designated by construction units, and connected to the first-level power distribution box. Each professional construction team shall establish secondary power distribution box according to the power load. Power supply shall be connected from the secondary power distribution box in the construction.
(3) 臨時用電采用三相五線的供電系統(tǒng)，專用保護地線與大樓的防雷接地有不少于三處的連通。
(3) Temporary power use adopts three-phase five wire system power supply. Special protection ground wire and lightning grounding of buildings shall have at least three connectivity.
(4) 總配電柜設置在首層，以兩個回路分別引向加工場及施工現(xiàn)場。
(4) The general power distribution cabinet is installed in the First Floor, and is leaded to processing factories and the construction site by two circuits separately.
(5) 各回路電纜采用解碼絕緣子沿電纜井、墻、柱敷設。
(5) The circuit cables are laid along cable well, wall and column by using decoding insulator.
(6) 施工層每三層設一動力配電箱。
(6) A power distribution box is arranged every three floors for the construction floors.
(7) 具體的施工用電點可用便攜式安全線轆，自就近的臨時配電箱引至，避免亂拉亂接電源。
(7) Special construction power uses can adopt portable safety line reel, which is led from the nearest temporary power distribution box to avoid connect power supply arbitrarily.
(8) 除臨時加工場外，其余施工點的工作照明均采用橡套軟纜臨時接燈具， 工完收回。
(8) All working lighting adopts lamps by temporary connection with rubber soft cables except the temporary processing site. The lamps shall be taken back after the completion of tasks.
(9) 黑暗環(huán)境的通道，坑洞及危險地區(qū)均裝設固定照明，并用安全電壓。
(9) Fix lightings are arranged in the dark channels, pits and holes and dangerous regions, and safety voltage is used.
(10) 臨時動力用電量約50kW，臨時照明用電量約10kW，高峰總用電負荷約為60kW。
(10) Temporary power consumption is about 50 kW, temporary lighting power consumption is about 10 kW, and the total peak power load is about 60 kW.
(11) 施工現(xiàn)場臨時用電必須建立對現(xiàn)場線路、設施的定期檢查制度，并將檢查、檢驗記錄存檔備查。
(11) Regular inspection on the site lines and facilities shall be established for the temporary power use of construction site, and the inspection, examination records shall be archived for future reference.
(12) 配電系統(tǒng)必須實行分級配電。所有現(xiàn)場使用電動機具及照明的接頭線,其保險裝置應齊全,照明用手提燈須用36伏電源。
Grading distribution shall be implemented for the distribution system. All electrical and electronic tools and connector lines for lighting, which are used on site and their safety devices, shall be complete, and the portable light for lighting shall be 36 volts power supply.
(13) 電箱內(nèi)開關及電器隨時保持完整無損，接線正確。各類接觸裝置靈敏可靠，絕緣良好，無積灰、無雜物、固定牢固。
The switches and electric apparatus in the distribution cabinet shall remain intact any time and the wirings shall be correct. Various contact devices shall be flexible and reliable with good insulation but no fouling or sundries and be firmly fixed.
(14) 電箱安裝高度和絕緣材料符合規(guī)定。
The installation height and insulating materials of the distribution cabinet shall accord with the requirement.
(15) 電箱內(nèi)均安裝漏電保護器，設總熔絲、分熔絲、分開關。
Leakage protectors, a main fuse, and sub-fuse shall be installed and the sub switches shall be established in the distribution cabinet.
(16) 開關箱與用電設備實行一機、一閘、一保險。
The switch cabinet and electrical equipment shall be maintained one machine with one switch and one safety device.
3、 通訊
3. Communication
上述三項的具體內(nèi)容將根據(jù)業(yè)主對工期的安排和土建、裝修進度詳細實施計劃編制。
The specific contents of the above three items shall be prepared according to the owner’s construction time limit and the detailed implementation plan of civil engineering and decoration progress.
二、 住宿、辦公設施
Ⅱ.Accommodation and office facilities
1、 臨時設施包括辦公室、庫房、在現(xiàn)場內(nèi)指定位置搭設。

2、 生產(chǎn)區(qū)：非標加工制作場地

Warehouse 60 材料臨時周轉、材料加工，可以在地下我方施工區(qū)域附近提供場地。
Temporary turnover, processing of materials. Field can be provided near the underground construction area of our party.
設備堆場
Equipment Yard
200 設備安裝包括大型設備蓄冰盤管數(shù)量較多，設備運輸現(xiàn)場后需提供設備臨時堆放場地，占用時間共10天左右
Equipment installation includes large quantity of ice storage coils of large equipment. Temporary packing site shall be provided when equipments are transported to the site, which will take about 10 days.
