 項目管理部
 Project Management Department
(1) 負責各項目協(xié)調(diào)管理工作,包括與公司內(nèi)部各專業(yè)間、部門間的協(xié)作,保證施工用物料的及時組織供應(yīng)、技術(shù)支持、質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督等的順利開展;
(1)Be responsible for the coordination and management work of every project, including the cooperation with every specialty and department within the company, ensure the smooth operation of the timely arrangement and supply, technical support and quality safety supervision of the materials used in construction.
(2) 定期向主管經(jīng)理匯報,保證對工程質(zhì)量、安全進度的有效控制;
(2)   Make regular report to the project manager, and ensure the effective control of project quality and safety progress;
(3) 參與公司組織的與項目相關(guān)的合同變更評審工作;
(3)   Participate in the evaluation work about the contract modification related to the project organized by the company;
(4) 負責工程計劃、進度的統(tǒng)計工作;
(4)   Take charge of making statistics about the project plans and progress;
(5) 負責工程款項結(jié)算及項目成本管理工作。
(5)   Be responsible for payment settlement of the project and project cost management.

嚴格按照公司的《項目管理辦法》進行管理,以科學管理、高效工作為原則,確保機構(gòu)職能齊全、管理規(guī)范,使得整個施工過程始終處于受控狀態(tài),并確保優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效完成工程,其主要功能如下所述。
Implement management strictly in accordance with the corporate Project Management Method, with scientific management and high-efficiency work as the principle, ensure that the functions are complete the management is standard in the organizations, so that the whole construction process is kept in a controlled state, and ensure the project is completed in a high-quality and high-efficiency way. The main functions are described as follows.
(1) 圍繞工程項目,全面地對工程項目合同以及施工全過程進行管理;

(2) 通過計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、控制等手段以及生產(chǎn)諸要素的優(yōu)化配置和動態(tài)管理,確保項目合同目標的實現(xiàn)。并調(diào)動一切積極因素,采取一切可用的手段,滿足建設(shè)方對工期的要求;
(2)   Ensure that the objective in the project contract is achieved through planning, organization, coordination and control as well as the optimal allocation and dynamic management of all the production factors. Besides, bring all positive factors into full play and take every possible measure to meet the requirements of the project duration proposed by the construction unit.
(3) 負責處理項目的內(nèi)外部關(guān)系;
(3)   Be responsible for dealing with the internal and external relations for the project;
(4) 支持質(zhì)量檢驗人員行使質(zhì)量否決權(quán);
(4)  Support the quality inspector to exercise the veto over quality;
(5) 對工程安全進行宏觀控制管理。
