2、 施工順序

槽內(nèi)清理→防水砂漿→防水涂料→保溫層→玻璃鋼防水層→閉水試驗→混凝土板保護層→冰槽運輸?shù)綀?rarr;冰槽就位→管道測量、下料→管道鍍鋅→管道安裝→管道沖洗、試壓→配合調(diào)試→提交竣工圖→竣工驗收。

一、 冰槽防水保溫施工方案
III. Construction Plan for Water Resistance and Heat Conservation of Ice Tank
蓄冰槽側(cè)壁及底板設(shè)保溫層，由里向外的做法是：找平層、防水層、保溫層、防水層、混凝土板保護層60mm（底板）。
Heat conservation layer should be installed in the side wall and bottom plate of ice tank. The method from inside to outside is as follows: leveling layer, water resistance layer, heat conservation layer, water resistance layer, concrete plate protective layer 60mm (bottom plate).
1、 保溫、防水材料材質(zhì)

2、 找平層

20mm厚有機硅防水砂漿找平層
20mm organic silicon water resistance mortar leveling layer
池內(nèi)烘干后，將池內(nèi)污物雜質(zhì)清除干凈，用聚合物防水砂漿找平，池底、池壁和頂部做成20mm厚，此防水砂漿應(yīng)抹平壓光、堅實、平穩(wěn)、不起砂、不起皮，不得出現(xiàn)凹凸、裂縫、麻面等現(xiàn)象，做此層時要將池內(nèi)的四角做成圓弧狀，不能做成直角，這樣有利于防水卷材的鋪設(shè)。
After drying in the pond, dirt and sundries in the pond should be eliminated. Polymer water resistance slurry should be adopted to make flatten. The pond bottom, wall and top should be 20mm in thickness. The water resistance slurry should be flattened, polished, solid, stable with no sand, skins, cracks, fissures or pitted skins. The four corners of the pond should be arc circle instead of right corner s. This is good for laying water resistance materials.

1) 基面處理
2) Base surface settlement
基面必順平整、牢固、干凈、無滲漏。不平處順先找平；滲漏處順先進行堵漏處理；陰陽角應(yīng)做成圓弧角；槽壁找平層做法參照GB50207-94屋面工程技術(shù)規(guī)范。
The base surface must be plane, solid and clean with no leakage. The bumpy place should be flattened first; leaked place should be blocked first; internal/external corner should be made into arc circle corner; wall leveling layer should be in reference to GB50207-94 Roof Project Technical Regulations.
3) 配料
Ingredient
按規(guī)定的比例取料，用攪拌器充分攪拌均勻直至料中不含團粒（攪拌時間5分鐘左右，最好不用手工攪拌）。
Materials should be adopted in terms of stipulated ratio. Mixer should be adopted to mix up evenly until there are no pellets in the material (about five minutes mixing time, manual mixing is not preferred. )
JS型打底層涂料的重量配比為：液料:粉料:水=10:10:14，其它涂層涂料的重量配比為：液料:粉料:水=10:10:0-2；JS-II型打底層涂料的重量配比為：液料:粉料:水=10:20:14，其它涂層涂料的重量配比為：液料:粉料:水=10:20:0-2。彩色層涂料的顏料加量為粉料重量的10%以下，涂料的顏色可調(diào)。加水量就在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)，在斜面、頂面或立面上施工，為了能掛住足夠的料應(yīng)不加或少加些水；平面施工，為了涂膜平整可加些水。
The weight ratio of JS bottom layer paint should be: liquid material: powder material: water = 10: 10: 14; the weight ratio of other paints: liquid material: powder material: water = 10: 10: 0-2; the weight ratio of JS-II bottom layer paint: liquid material: powder material: water = 10:20:14; the weight ratio of other paints: liquid material: powder material: water = 10:20:0-2. The paint in the color layer should be below 10% of the pulverized material weight. The paint color can be adjusted. The water should be added within the stipulated scope. The construction should be conducted in the sliding surface, top surface or vertical surface. In order to hang adequate materials, water should not be added or be added a little; in the flat construction, some water can be added for plane membrane.

根據(jù)工程的特點和要求，并嚴格按照承包方的設(shè)計方案進行施工。涂覆時應(yīng)特別注意以下事項：
The construction should be conducted according to the project characteristics and requirements and in strict adherence to the designed plan of contractor. The following matters must be paid special attention in the painting operation:
①. 選擇適當?shù)墓ぞ撸L子、亂板、刷子等）；
Select proper tools (roller, plate and brush);
②. 涂料（尤其是打底料）如有沉淀應(yīng)隨時攪拌均勻；
Mix up evenly in case of sedimentation in the paint (in particular for base coating);
③. 每層涂覆必須按工法規(guī)定的用量取料，切不能過多或過少；
Every layer of painting must be in strict adherence to stipulations regarding material dosage;
④. 涂覆要盡量均勻，不能有局部沉積，并要求多滾刷幾次使涂料與基層之間不留氣泡，粘結(jié)嚴實；
Painting should be as even as possible. Partial sedimentation is not preferred. It is required to brush for several times to have no air bubbles between paint and the base;
⑤. 在潮濕或者不吸水的基體上使用時，不需涂覆打底層；
It is not needed to paint the base in case of use in wet or water repellent base;
⑥. 各層之間的時間間隔以前一層涂膜干固不粘為準（一般需2-6小時，現(xiàn)場溫度低、濕度大、通風(fēng)差，干固時間長些；反之短些）；
The interval between various layers should be on the basis of a layer of membrane that is dry, solid and not adhesive (generally need 2-6 hours, low on-site low temperature, high humidity, poor ventilation and long drying time; otherwise, it is shorter);
⑦. 若防水層厚度不夠（尤其是立面施工），可加涂一層或數(shù)層；
A layer or several layers can be added in case of inadquacy in the water resistance layer (vertical surface construction in particular);
⑧. 施工的下涂、增強層和上涂應(yīng)連續(xù)施工，增強層要鋪貼平直，并用刷子刷實不留空鼓；
Lower, enhanced and upper layers should be constructed continuously. The enhanced layer should be plane and straight and brushes should be adopted to leave no air cavity;
⑨. 配制彩色層時，只需在面層涂料中添加顏料。
It is only needed to add paint to the surface layer in the preparation of colored layer.
