槽型埋件和平板埋件處理方式-中英對照
本工程土建埋件主要由兩種形式,一種為槽型埋件,一種為平板埋件,埋件形式的不同處理的方式也不同,其中槽型埋件的后補埋件形式為組合式埋件，即在平板上焊有槽型埋件，該組件在工廠內(nèi)加工焊接好，并做好防腐處理。槽型埋件與鋼板焊接時，采取分段焊接方式，目的是防止變形，達到受力合理，并獲取最高強度。這種組件同槽型埋件具有同樣的優(yōu)點。平板埋件的形式為錨栓固定鍍鋅鋼板的方式。無論槽型埋件的后補埋件，還是平板埋件的后補埋件安裝方式在梁的部位的安裝采用穿透螺栓和化學錨栓并用的方式，上支點埋件有兩個機制雙頭螺栓，梁底背板，外側(cè)為兩支化學錨栓。對于下支點，因其只起輔助支承作用，故只采用兩支雙頭螺栓穿透背板固定即可滿足要求。對于死墻部位，我們采取化學錨栓進行補埋。化學螺栓打孔位置要精確，孔徑和孔深要嚴格按照設計要求進行控制，以保證錨栓正常性能的發(fā)揮。螺母一定要旋緊，不得松動，旋緊后要進行點焊，并防腐處理。使用化學錨栓時，一定要嚴格按照使用說明書的要求進行操作，一要控制孔深，不能過深，二是要除凈孔內(nèi)的粉灰，三是化學藥劑固化后方可受力承載。在死墻部位，特別要注意的是，打孔一定要避開混凝土中的主筋，以防削減主體結(jié)構(gòu)的強度。

The form of embedded element for flat plate is a zinc-plated steel plate fixed by anchor bolt. The upper pivot point of embedded element shall be fixed by stud bolts and beam bottom backboard of two forms, and two chemical anchor on its outboard on the location of beam area during the installation, whether it is a backup embedded elements of tank-type or flat plat. For lower pivot point, as it just plays a role of auxiliary supporting, it can meet the demand when using two stud bolts penetrate the bottom backboard for fixing. For the blank wall, we adopt the chemical anchor bolt embedding. The position of bolt slotting shall be accurate, the aperture and bore depth should be controlled according to the designing requirement strictly, so as to ensure the normal performance of the anchor bolt. The screw must be fixed firmly and free of loosening status. Spot welding is required after screw fixing as well as antiseptic treatment. While using the chemical anchor bolt, it is necessary to operate at the request of operation instructions strictly: firstly, control hole depth to avoid excessive deep; secondly, clean-out the powder dust in holes, thirdly, load after chemical drug solidification. As the position of the black wall, moreover it has to be taken into consideration, punching must avoid the main reinforcement of the concrete, so as not to cut down the intensity of the major structure.
4.3.5補板時不允許懸空連接，檢查埋件下方混凝土是否填充充實，如有空洞現(xiàn)象應上報總包及監(jiān)理公司。
4.3.6后補埋件應做作現(xiàn)場拉拔力測試，后補埋件安裝完畢后必須進行防腐處理，涂刷防銹漆兩遍。
4.3.7焊工為特殊工種，需經(jīng)專業(yè)安全技術學習和訓練，考試合格后，獲得“特殊工種操作正”后，方可獨立工作。
4.3.8后補埋件埋設時應嚴格遵照預埋件位置圖準確定位，預埋件定位的一般精度要求為：
