Descriptions
①鼓風機采用沈陽鼓風機廠制造離心式風機,安裝在鼓風機房,共安裝四臺,三用一備。
The blower is a centrifugal type manufactured by Shenyang Blower Factory. Four blowers will be installed in the Blower Room, three for regular use and one for alternation.
②鼓風機由東到西編號為N0.1#、N0.2#、N0.3#、NO.4#。每臺鼓風機的控制方式分為就地控制和自動控制 二種方式。就地控制:每臺鼓風機有一臺控制箱。自動控制:四臺鼓風機一個控制箱。
The blowers are numbered N0.1#, N0.2#, N0.3# and NO.4# from east to west. The control modes of the blowers should be local control and automatic control. For local control, every blower is equipped with one control box; and for automatic control, the four blowers share one control box.
(3) 就地控制箱具有:

●按壓T13鍵可設定為手動控制。
Press T13 to activate manual control
●按壓Tl鍵可啟動鼓風機,啟動鼓風機時不應有任何報警信號。
Press T1 to start the blower, no alarm signals should be heard when starting the blower.
●按壓T2鍵停止鼓風機。
Press T2 to stop the blower
●按壓T9鍵可打開擴散器。
Press T9 to open the diffuser
●按壓Tl0鍵可關閉擴散器。
Press T10 to close the diffuser
●按壓T12鍵可設定為遙控自動運行。
Press T12 to activate remote automatic control
●按壓Tl3鍵5秒鐘以上,可使控制板進入
檢修方式,在檢修狀態(tài),可通過面板單獨操作油泵、排氣閥、擴散器等。
Press T13 for more than 5 second to shift the control board into maintenance mode. Individual operation on oil pump, exhaust valve and diffuser etc. can be made through the panel.
(4) 用于遙控的自動控制主控板,具有如下功能:
The main control board for remote automatic control is functioned as follows.
a. 優(yōu)先次序的選擇。
Order of priority selection.
每臺鼓風機配備一臺優(yōu)先次序預選器,采用此方式可設定鼓風機的啟動和停機順序。優(yōu)先次序為“l”的鼓風機不停機,優(yōu)先次序 為“0”的鼓風機將不由主控板控制。
Every blower is equipped with a preselector for prior orders, by which the starting and stopping orders of the blowers can be set. The blowers with the prior order “1” won’t be stopped, and the blowers with the prior order “0” won’t be controlled by main control board.
b. 優(yōu)先次序選擇的監(jiān)視
The monitoring of prior order selection
對不正確的優(yōu)先次序設定,將不被儲存。只有優(yōu)先次序正確,才被接受并執(zhí)行。
The settings of prior orders can only be stored if the settings are correct.
c.調節(jié)空氣量
Adjust air amount
根據設定值和實際值產生信號,并按照優(yōu)先次序進行打開(或關閉)擴散器,并按需要空氣量依次啟動(或停止)下一優(yōu)先次序的鼓風機。
Produce signals according to the set value and actual, open or close the diffuser to the prior orders. Start or stop the blowers under the next prior order in turn according to the air amount needed.
d. 啟動補償的選擇。
Start the compensatory selection
e. 啟動和停機遙控板的選擇。
Start or stop the selection of the remote control
f. 采用綜合控制器的氧氣調節(jié)或壓力調節(jié),根據實際情況,可選用氧氣調節(jié)或壓力調節(jié)來控制鼓風機的啟動和停機。
Make oxygen or pressure adjustment by the integrated controller. According to the actual conditions, the starting and stopping of the blowers can be made by oxygen or pressure adjustment.
(5) 調試與運行
Debugging and Operating
a. 鼓風機首次及大修后試運行,應按照說明書要求進行全面檢查和調試。
Overall inspection and debugging should be made strictly according to the technical manual in the test run for the first use or after the overhaul.
b. 運行中的記錄及檢查
Record and Inspection in the Operation.
①操作員應定時巡視各設備的運轉情況,做到聽、看相結合(聽聲音、觀現象),對異,F象及時匯報或妥善處理。
The operator should make regular inspection of the running conditions of the equipments by both listening and watching (listen to the sounds and watch the performances). Timely reports and proper treatments should be made on seeing the abnormal phenomena.
②操作員應定時檢查各設備運轉參數,同時做好記錄,并與正常運行參數相比較,對有異常的參數進行分析,并及時匯報情況。
The operator should make regular inspection of the operation parameters of the equipments and make detailed records. The operator should also compare the records made with the normal operation parameters and analyze the abnormal parameters. Reports must be made in time.
滑油壓力 正常運行 P=2.5~3.5bar
Lubricating oil pressure under normal running : P=2.5~3.5bar
滑油溫度 正常運行 P=45℃~55℃(齒輪箱進口)

③檢查線性電機周圍的環(huán)境溫度,應在0℃~60℃之間。
Inspect the ambient temperature surround the linear electrical machine, the temperature should be 0℃~60℃.
④定期檢查油箱液位。
Make regular inspection on the liquid level of the tank.
⑤運行中在“手動”位置,擴壓器由全關到全開,每周至少兩次。
Make full open operation of the diffuser from the complete close status at least twice a week at the “local control” position during the operation.
⑥巡視人員進入高噪音區(qū),要戴耳塞以保護聽力。
The inspection personnel should wear ear plug to protect the audition when entering the high noise area.
⑦巡視人員在巡視時,不要接觸通常情況下超過70℃的表面,以免燙傷。
The inspection personnel should not touch surface with the temperature over 70℃ under normal conditions to avoid scalding when making inspection.
6. 停機及其檢查
Stop and Inspection
(1) 停機時,除非有緊急情況,一般不應使用“緊急停車”。
“Emergency stop” should not be made when stopping the machine except emergency cases.
(2) 鼓風機在停機超過1個月時,在“手動”位置,起動油泵運轉1小時以上,在運行0.5小時時,盤車至少5次。
If the blower is not used for more than a month, the oil pump should be started and keep operating for more than an hour in “local control” mode. Make barring more than 5 times when the machine has been operated for half an hour.
(3) 停車過程中,檢查各運轉設備停車順序是否正確,聽其聲音是否正常。
Check the stopping procedures and listen to the sound occurred to ensure the equipments is normal during the process of stopping.
(4) 對運行中所出現的異,F象,進行綜合分析,向有關人員匯報。
Make aggregate analysis and report to relevant personnel on abnormal phenomena occurred during the operation.
7. 做好交接班記錄,對上一班遺留問題及時處理,對本班運行的情況,及應處理的問題,向下一班次交接清除,并提出下班次的運行建議,確定優(yōu)先次序、停機、檢查、檢修等。
Make detailed duty shifting records and dispose the problems of the previous shift in time. Hand over the operation conditions and problems that need to be settled to the next shift, and make suggestions on the operation of next shift. Confirm the prior orders, stopping, inspections and overhauling etc.
8. 維護保養(yǎng)
Maintenance
(1) 在首次運行500小時后,抽取油樣,進行油分析。
Draw oil samples and make oil analysis after the first 500 hours of operation.
(2) 在首次油分析后,每隔6000小時,但至少每年一次,抽取油樣分析。
Analyze the oil sample every 6,000 operation hours (and at least once a year) after the first oil analysis.
(3) 在鼓風機運行12000~30000小時,對鼓風機滑油進行更換。
Change the lubricant of the blower after every 12,000-30,00 operation hours.
(4) 在鼓風機運行18000小時后,但至少3年一次,應對鼓風機按說明書要求進行全面檢修。
Make thorough overhaul following the technical manual when the blower has operated for 18,000 hours (and at least once every three year)
(5) 當進氣過濾器壓降到工作最大值時,應清洗或更換。
When the pressure of the air suction filter has reduced it maximum value of work load, the filter should be cleaned or changed.
(6) 主電機、水泵、風冷器按照廠方說明進行維護操作。
Maintenance of electric machine, water pump, air cooling machine should be made as instructed by the manufacture.
(7) 應定期補充冷卻水,冷卻塔內不得進入雜物,冬季冷卻塔防止冰凍。
Supply cooling water regularly. There should be no sundries in the cooling tower. Protect the cooling tower from frozen in winters.
(8) 卷繞式濾布一般在3~4個月應更換一次。
The coil filler cloth should be replaced every three to four months.

2. 設備控制
Equipment Control
(1)加氯機及其配套設備:由氣源+真空調節(jié)器+加氯機+水射器(加壓泵)組成,共設兩套,一用一備。加氯機及其配套設備之間的關系詳見供貨商提供的有關說明。兩套加氯設備之間的切換,靠壓力自動轉換開關控制。
The chlorinator and its corollary equipments are formed by air source, vacuum governor, chlorinator and water shoot utensil (booster pump). There’re two sets, one for common use and one for alternation. The relationship between chlorinator and its corollary equipments can be referred to instructions by the supplier. The shifting between the two chlorinators can be control by pressure automatic change-over switch.
(2)余氯設備分析儀:檢測出水余氯,并與流量(來自出水明渠流量計)一同對加氯量進行復合閉環(huán)控制。
Remaining chlorine analysis apparatus: check the remaining chlorine of the extracted water and make closed loop control on the chlorine adding value together with flows.
(3)通風機:由漏氯報警儀檢測的信號進行控制。
Ventilator: be controlled by the signals detected by chlorine remaining alarms.
(4)漏氯吸收裝置:啟動通風機一段時間后,如漏氯報警儀仍報警,則自動啟動漏氯吸收裝置,中和漏氯。
Chlorine leakage absorption plant: the device will be started automatically to neutralize the leaked chlorine if the alarm is still ringing when the ventilator has started for a period.
3. 參數檢測及顯示
Parameter monitoring and display
(1)漏氯報警儀檢測加氯有壓區(qū)是否有氯的泄漏,并參與控制通風機與漏氯吸收裝置;
The chlorine leakage alarm can detect the leakage of the chlorinate pressure area and assist controlling the blowers and chlorine leakage absorption plant.
(2)余氯分析儀監(jiān)測出水余氯,做為加氯量的控制指標之一;
The remaining chlorine analysis apparatus detect the chlorine remaining in the water outlet as one of the guideposts of the chlorine value.
(3)氯瓶秤顯示工作氯瓶的重量變化,并做為兩套加氯設備切換的參考;
The chlorine bottle scale indicates the weight changing of the working chlorine bottles, and be the reference for the shift of the two chlorine devices.
(4)中控室顯示所有用電設備的狀態(tài)。
The central control room indicates the status of all electric devices.
4. 運轉管理和規(guī)程
Operational Management and Directive Rules
(1)兩臺加氯機采用就地手動操作,加氯時間和加氯量應視出水的具體水質情況定。
The two chlorinators are made local control, the chlorinating time and value should be decided by the water quality.
(2)從事加氯作業(yè)的人員必須遵守加氯間各項規(guī)章制度,保證加氯安全,并具備有關的液氯、電氣、起重等安全知識,熟悉加氯設備性能、操作要領及排除故障方法,并定期接受技術培訓和安全教育。
The chlorinating operators should strictly follow the rule and regulation of the chlorine station to ensure the safety and have basic knowledge of chlorine liquid, electric and lifting etc. The operators should be familiar with the equipment characteristics, operation points and trouble removal, and receive technical training and safety education regularly.
