本地控制器說(shuō)明-中英對(duì)照
1.位于皇室委員會(huì)交通計(jì)算機(jī)室提議的本地控制器必須與現(xiàn)有的菲利浦"Dust"系統(tǒng)相容。
2.本地控制器將采用菲利浦(澳大利亞)模型No. SAR 16C。 適于'灰塵'系統(tǒng);其組成為:

4. 控制器裝備有一個(gè)調(diào)制解調(diào)器,和貝爾103標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)配置。在交通計(jì)算機(jī)室提供一個(gè)單獨(dú)的調(diào)制解調(diào)器,在領(lǐng)域控制器和中央計(jì)算機(jī)之間建立通訊聯(lián)系。
5.一般規(guī)格:
6. a. 電力供應(yīng):
i.設(shè)備適合220 V(3801220 V系統(tǒng)) -20%÷15% o,60赫茲條件下操作。
ii.一個(gè)雙排桿開(kāi)關(guān)采用20A的最小等級(jí)的保險(xiǎn)絲隔離交通信號(hào)燈。
iii. 單獨(dú)的隔離開(kāi)關(guān)裝備有保險(xiǎn)絲,提供控制器設(shè)備和主要部分的隔離操作。
iv.提供一個(gè)維修目的插座。
v. 包括內(nèi)部照明光。
b.環(huán)境:在Madinat Yanbu AL-Sinaiyah氣候狀況下面操作時(shí),所有電設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)必須符合規(guī)格說(shuō)明:
溫度: -25 C到+65 C
控制柜內(nèi)
R.H.: 95%的c.c.o。
c.電路:
i.邏輯學(xué)電路必須將電路和C-MOS和低功率Schottky-TTL技術(shù)結(jié)合起來(lái)。
ii.交通信號(hào)燈開(kāi)關(guān)為固態(tài)。燈具電路適于接通鹵燈。接通能力:240伏特4A。
iii.所有電子電路安放在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的印制電路板上。
iv.生產(chǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)的用石灰處理采用+5ms以上。
7.設(shè)備:
a.信號(hào)組:
i.控制人員裝備控制多達(dá)16信號(hào)組。
ii.在燈具開(kāi)關(guān)殼的模塊化為每組4信號(hào)。
b.控制方面:
i.相序通過(guò)軟件可以進(jìn)行預(yù)編程。
ii. 相序。在開(kāi)關(guān)開(kāi)啟期間可以運(yùn)用軟件進(jìn)行編程;也可以申請(qǐng)開(kāi)關(guān)閉合程序。
iii.閃爍(人行道)需要操作:

閃爍為b綠色/ 紅色。要求退卻閃爍(琥珀色): 60 閃/毫米

iv.沖突監(jiān)控:要求裝備電壓感應(yīng)沖突監(jiān)控。感應(yīng)裝置將信號(hào)輸送到輸出終端上。
所有監(jiān)控電路必須具有連續(xù)行,檢查保證電路積極相應(yīng)。
如果綠燈和琥珀控制器發(fā)生沖突,必須轉(zhuǎn)向閃爍琥珀色。
在后退方式狀態(tài)下,信號(hào)頭可以選擇顯示閃爍琥珀色。
v.可以采用以下的操作方式:
- (和某個(gè)主控制器)協(xié)調(diào);
-本地隔離(固定時(shí)間或者觸動(dòng)式);
-手動(dòng);
-閃爍。

9.一輛車(chē)輛信號(hào)組的事件順序和持續(xù)期間:時(shí)間順序記錄,在編程序的命令中執(zhí)行,包括以下期間:
a.紅色/琥珀色期間,以1秒為一級(jí),可進(jìn)行調(diào)整(包括數(shù)字零)。
b.可調(diào)整的最小綠色時(shí)期以1秒為一級(jí);
c.保持綠色,這個(gè)期間內(nèi),在一個(gè)編程時(shí)期終止之后立刻跟隨。持續(xù)時(shí)間只依靠外部控制。
d.另外的綠色期間。 主要交通燈的綠色信號(hào)可容納的兩者中任何一個(gè):
-在一個(gè)編程序的時(shí)期,(以1秒為一級(jí)可調(diào)整)或者;
-選擇的差距時(shí)間(增值可選01秒或者0.5秒中的任一終止)或者
-收到遙控指令。
e.額外的綠色期間可以在額外綠色期間前后將實(shí)現(xiàn)。以1秒(包括零)為一級(jí)可調(diào)整。
f.琥珀色期間,可以在綠色的時(shí)期結(jié)束時(shí)開(kāi)始,并且秒以以1秒為一級(jí)調(diào)整。
10.操作的方式:每位本地控制器為以下方式操作:
-(在操作室使用現(xiàn)有的交通控制程序)協(xié)調(diào)
-本地隔離
-手動(dòng)
-閃爍
11.協(xié)調(diào)模式:在某一個(gè)區(qū)域的全部本地控制器必須鞏固通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)和中心設(shè)備連接。 一旦地方控制器收到有效控制命令,全部地方tirriing都將抑制,除:
最小綠色
-琥珀色
-全部紅色
如果已經(jīng)確切說(shuō)明,以一輛車(chē)輛待發(fā)狀態(tài)啟動(dòng)為最大的綠色階段。

12.本地隔離模式:控制器能定時(shí)啟動(dòng)交通操作。
a.定時(shí)操作:這個(gè)階段可以預(yù)先設(shè)定持續(xù)時(shí)間,可以預(yù)先決定的順序出現(xiàn)。 如果在以前設(shè)定的和/或交通驅(qū)使操作之后,控制器轉(zhuǎn)向定時(shí)操作,該階段必須設(shè)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)期的最小量,以其運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)期最大值完成后啟動(dòng)。

13.手控:本操作必須通過(guò)鑰匙實(shí)現(xiàn)。轉(zhuǎn)向提供從一階段到另一階段的定時(shí)周期變更,作為當(dāng)?shù)鼐幊蹋菦](méi)有預(yù)置任何安全時(shí)間干擾 (例如琥珀色)、最小綠色和全部紅色。
a.閃爍模式:在閃爍模式條件下,琥珀車(chē)輛信號(hào)組的琥珀色閃爍,而全部其它信號(hào)熄滅。地方控制器的操作方式為:
i. 操作模式開(kāi)關(guān)。
ii. 從中心的設(shè)備收到外部信號(hào)。
iii. 當(dāng)探測(cè)到?jīng)_突綠色時(shí),保護(hù)電路啟動(dòng)。
14.控制面板: 控制面板提供下列功能:
接通: 手動(dòng)/ 自動(dòng)控制
閃爍琥珀
開(kāi)燈/關(guān)燈
隔離/通過(guò)控制器協(xié)調(diào)操作
從主裝置或者通過(guò)通訊損接受命令。

D. Local Controller:
1. The proposed local controller shall be compatible with the existing Philips "Dust" system located at the Royal Commission Traffic Computer Room.
2. The Local Controller shall be Philips (Australia) Model No. SAR 16C suitable for `Dust' system and shall consist of:

3. The Controller shall be configured for:
a. 16 Signal groups (SG)
b. 16 Vehicle Inputs
c. 16 Channel pedestrian external contact inputs.
4. The Controller shall be equipped with a modem unit configured for Bell 103 Standard System. A separate modem unit shall be provided in the Traffic Computer Room to enable communication link between the Field Controller and the Central Computer.
5. General Requirements:
6. a. Electrical Supply:
i. Equipment shall be suitable for operation on 220V (3801220V system is available) -20% to ÷15%o, 60Hz.
ii. A double pole switch with a fuse of a minimum rating of 20A to isolate the traffic signal lamps.
iii. A separate isolating switch with fuse shall be provided to isolate the controller equipment from the mains.
iv. A socket outlet for maintenance purposes shall be provided.
v. Internal illumination light shall be included.
b. Environment: The design of all electrical equipment shall be such that its performance as required in this specification is met when it is operating under the following climatic conditions in Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah:
Temperature: -25 C to +65 C inside cabinet
R.H.: 95% c.c.o.
c. Circuitry:
i. The logic circuitry shall be based on integrated circuits with C-MOS technique and low-power Schottky-TTL.
ii. Traffic signal lamp switching shall be solid state. The lamp circuits shall be suitable for switching halogen lamps. Switching capability: 4A at 240 volts.
iii. All electronic circuits shall be housed on standardized printed circuit boards.
iv. liming accuracy of the output switches shall be better than +5ms. 7. Facilities:
a. Signal groups:
i. The controller shall be equipped to control up to 16 signal groups.
ii. The modularity in the lamp switches shell be per 4 Signal Groups.
b. Aspect Control:
i. The phase-sequence shall be pre-programmable via the software.
ii. The phase-sequence. during the switch-on shall be programmable In the softtware; This applies also to the switch-off sequence.
ill. Operational flashing (Pedestrian) requires:

The flashing aspect has to b green/red. Fall Back flashing (Amber) Is required to be: 60 flashes/mm.
With .an on/off ratio of 30:70 (selectable) or 50:50
iv. Conflict Monitoring: Conflict monitoring based on voltage sensing Is required. This sensing Is to be performed on the output terminals to the aspects.
All monitoring circuits shall be continuously integrity checked to ensure circuits are actively responding.
In case of a conflicting green and/or amber the controller has to switch to flashing amber.
It shall be possible to select the signal-heads that will show the flashing amber aspect during fall-back.
v. The following operational modes must be possible:
- co-ordinated (under direction of a master controller);
- local isolated (fixed time or traffic actuated);
- manual;
- flashing.
8. Program: The program shall provide control facilities for:
- uptol6SG
- up to 32 detectors (24 vehicles + 8 pedestrians)
- 8plans
- communication protocol
- Fully VA-operation during local mode
- Cables linking (operational)
The program shall be stored in PROM whereas the variable data should be written in RAM to enable access. by the central equipment and a local programming device.

9. Sequence and Duration of Events of a Vehicle Signal Group: The sequence of events, which proceed in programmed order, shall comprise the following distinct periods:
a. Red/amber period, adjustable in steps of I sec. (zero included).
b. Minimum green period adjustable in steps of I sec.
c. Hold green. This period follows directly after the termination of a programmed period. The duration depends only upon external control.
d. Additional green period. The green signal of the main traffic light shall be held either:
- during a programmed period (adjustable in steps of I second) or
- up to either the expiration of the selected gap time (increments selectable either 01 sec. or 0.5 sec.) or
- the receipt of a remote command.
e. An extra green period shall be realized before or after the additional green period. Adjustable in steps of i second (zero included).
f. Amber period, which shall start at the end of the green period and shall be adjustable in steps of I second.
10. Operational Modes: Each local controller shall be prepared for the following operational modes, viz:
- Co-ordinated (from the operations room using existing traffic control program)
Local isolated
- Manual
- Flashing
11. Co-ordinated Mode: All local controllers in a section shall be connected to central equipment by a suitable communication network. On receipt by the local controller of the valid control command all local tirriing shall be inhibited except for:
Minimum green
- Amber
- All red
If specified, maximum green of a phase that operates in a vehicle actuated mode.
- If specified, vehicle extension of a phase that operates in a vehicle actuated mode.
a. The start and duration of fixed time phases in the local controller shall be determined, subject to the restraints of minimum green and inter-green, by signals received from the central equipment.
b. Excess time created by a phase not on demand shall be given to the first phase, in the sequence e.g. if the last phase in the sequence serves a
pedestrian crossing and there is no pedestrian demand for this phase, the time of this pedestrian phase shall be allotted to the first phase in the sequence which serves the main direction. At all times the total cycle duration must remain constant.
c. The controller shall be equipped with an RXITX modem card (on the processor card to communicate with one in the traffic control computer) for operation under computer control.
12. Local Isolated Mode: The controller shall be capable of fixed time and traffic actuated operation.
a. Fixed Time Operation: The phases shall have pre-timed duration and the phases shall appear in a predetermined sequence. If the controller is switched to fixed time operation after previous co ordinated andlor traffic actuated operation, the phases shall be terminated by their own maximum running period which shall start after the termination of the minimum running period.
b. Traffic Actuated Period: One or more phases shall have a duration depending upon traffic volumes. For this purpose vehicle detectors and for pedestrian demand switches can be connected. The right of way of a phase shall only appear if a demand for this phase exists. A vehicle actuated phase shall be ended either after the termination of the vehicle extension period, or after the terrriin of the maximum running period. In the event of the vehicle green period being terminated by the expiry of the maximum running period, arrangement shall be made for the right of way returning to the traffic stream so interrupted. 4 or 8 channel loop detectors shall be included according to the drawing.
13. Manual Control: This shall be realized by key operated. switch to provide a fixed cyclic switching from phase to phase, as programmed locally but without interfering with any preset safety time such as amber, minimum green and all red.
a. Flashing Mode: In amber flashing mode the amber aspects of vehicle signal groups shall flash, while all other signals are extinguished. The local controller shall be forced into this operation mode by:
i. Operational mode switch.
ii. External signal received from the central equipment.
iii. The protection circuits, when conflicting greens are sensed.
14. Control Panel: The control panel shall provide the following functions: Switch: Manual/Automatic operation
Flashing Amber
Lamps on/Lamps off
Isolated/coordination operation shall be by the controller
receiving a command from the Master or by loss of communication. Key operated

15. Options:The controller shall accommodate the following functions: Dimming facility for 3 kVA load
