一、 管道沖洗
III. Pipeline cleaning
管道試壓前，必須對(duì)管道進(jìn)行沖洗，沖洗之前必須將設(shè)備前管道進(jìn)行短路，以防臟物在設(shè)備內(nèi)沉積，沖洗時(shí)先將盤管與干管連接處斷開進(jìn)行沖洗，后沖洗主干管，水從高端進(jìn)入，以目測(cè)出水口水流清潔為合格，同時(shí)填寫系統(tǒng)沖洗記錄，送甲方、監(jiān)理等有關(guān)人員會(huì)簽。管道沖洗方案視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況另行制定。
Before pressure testing, it is necessary to clean the pipeline, and short out front pipeline of equipment before cleaning procedure in case of impurities deposited in equipment; clean the disconnected joints of the coil pipe and main pipeline, and then clean the main pipeline. The water is entered from higher position;   water from outlet is clean for qualifying through the visual inspection; fill the system cleaning record at the same time. And submit to the relevant personnel of Party A and management etc. for countersign. The pipeline cleaning scheme shall be arranged according to the status on site.
蓄冰設(shè)備在工廠已進(jìn)行沖洗，管道沖洗時(shí)蓄冰設(shè)備可不進(jìn)行沖洗；機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)管道安裝完畢后應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行沖洗，沖洗效果需經(jīng)過我單位同意后方可與冰槽內(nèi)管道連接。
Ice storage equipments shall be cleaned in the factory. Ice storage equipments need not perform cleaning procedure in case of pipeline cleaning; the pipeline should be cleaned according to the relevant standard after being installed in the computer lab; the cleaning result shall be checked by our unit and join with the interior pipeline of ice tank after approval.

1、 槽體閉水試驗(yàn)
1. Closed water test of tank body
蓄冰槽防水主要有兩層：
The ice storage tank has two layers for waterproof:
第一層是防水砂漿層后的3mm厚JS防水涂料，本層防水施工完畢后應(yīng)進(jìn)行24小時(shí)的冰槽閉水試驗(yàn)。
The first layer is 3mm JS thick waterproof coating behind the waterproof mortar course, the waterproof operation of this layer shall perform 24 hours closed water test of ice tank body after completion.
第二層是保溫層后的玻璃鋼防水層，本層防水施工完畢后應(yīng)進(jìn)行24小時(shí)的冰槽閉水試驗(yàn)。
The second layer is glass fibre reinforced plastic waterproof layer after heat preservation, the waterproof operation of this layer shall perform 24 hours closed water test of ice tank body after completion.
