2. 軌道絕緣節(jié)包括鋼軌絕緣和道岔絕緣，對(duì)于不宜或不能安裝軌道絕緣的位置應(yīng)考慮采用膠接絕緣。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)了解本工程的線路及車站配線情況，投標(biāo)人在招標(biāo)人要求的時(shí)間內(nèi)提交與軌道專業(yè)關(guān)于軌道絕緣節(jié)的安裝配合資料。The insulated rail joint comprises of rail insulation and turnout insulation. As for the area which is not suitable for the rail insulation, it is applicable to apply the glue joint insulation. The bidder shall familiar with the wiring statue of this project and the wire condition of station. The bidder shall submit the installation materials of track specialty of insulated rail joint within time required for bid inviting party.
3. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)與軌道專業(yè)和雜散電流防護(hù)專業(yè)配合，使鋪軌滿足軌道絕緣節(jié)的安裝要求和確定防迷流的絕緣節(jié)的安裝位置。The bidder shall cooperate with the professional and protecting specialist of stray electric current of track, which may meet the requirements of track laying in installation of insulated rail joint and confirm the installation site of insulated joint of stray current resistance.

其他材料Other materials

1. 投標(biāo)人提供的材料應(yīng)能適應(yīng)預(yù)期功能，且適應(yīng)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)對(duì)所使用材料的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、強(qiáng)度特性、疲勞特性、抗腐蝕性等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說明。The material provided by the bidder shall be able to meet with the requirements of anticipated function, and adopt on-the-spot condition of the project. The bidder shall provide the detail description for the standard, intensity characteristic, fatigue property and corrosion resistance of the used material.
2. 投標(biāo)人提供的材料、加工和零部件應(yīng)經(jīng)選擇后實(shí)施，以使其能夠滿足合同中關(guān)于性能、物理和功能特性的要求，以及關(guān)于安全性、可靠性和可維護(hù)性的要求。材料、加工和零部件應(yīng)按相應(yīng)的規(guī)范和圖紙進(jìn)行控制。Material, processing and spare part provided by the bidder shall be selected before putting into the implementation, so as to meet with the requirements of the performance, physics and function characteristic of the contract, and the requirements of the security, dependability and maintainability as well. The material, processing and spare part shall be controlled according to corresponding norm and drawing.
3. 投標(biāo)人提供的設(shè)備的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)保證散熱性能好，室外設(shè)備應(yīng)做到有效地防潮、隔熱及防塵。The mechanical structure of equipments provided by the bidder shall guarantee the sound performance of thermal dissipation. The outdoor equipments shall process the effective function of damp proofing, thermal insulation and dustproof.
4. 投標(biāo)人所提供設(shè)備的插接件應(yīng)接觸可靠、易于插拔、結(jié)構(gòu)堅(jiān)實(shí)、不發(fā)生機(jī)械變形、并應(yīng)具有防松、防插錯(cuò)措施（含插接式封連線等）。The connecting clip of the equipments provided by the bidder shall ensure the positive contact, easy-plug, solid structure, no mechanical deformation, and also have locking and protecting measure of incorrect plug (including plug-in type sealing wire, etc.).
5. 投標(biāo)人提供的設(shè)備的插接件的工藝處理應(yīng)保證長(zhǎng)期使用接觸良好、不發(fā)生銹蝕、接觸電阻不超過規(guī)定值、插拔次數(shù)在10³以上。The process of connector clip of the equipments provided by the bidder shall be well-contacted in long term operation, prevent the rusty corrode, the contact resistance does not exceed the regulation value, and the times of capable of being inserted and pulled out shall be 10³ above.
